Things were slow in Port Charles this Monday but, that said, here’s the scoop:
Alexis and Ned discuss their hangovers at Kelly’s before Chloe grabs Alexis for a friendly power walk. While walking they run into Helena who plants the idea in Chloe’s head that perhaps Stefan was the one who was responsible for her kidnapping. Meanwhile, Ned visits Stefan and warns him that he does not want Alexis too involved with Cassadine affairs. Following her meeting with Helena, Chloe goes to Stefan and confronts him. . .
Mac and Felicia talk over coffee at Kelly’s and decide to shop for the girls’ Christmas presents together. Felicia continues to explain to Mac that he is still an important part of her life. Later on, she and Luke are down by the docks scheming on how to enter the County Clerk’s office to steal Cassadine records. Lo and behold, Mac is listening in the shadows. Unbelievably, he actually steps out from his hiding place and warns Felicia that she needs to stay clear of Luke and other illegal activities (for the sake of the girls, of course).
Bobbie’s memory, or lack thereof, continues to be an issue for her and Roy. Roy is suspicious of irregularities and wonders if someone might be plotting against Bobbie. He does some checking around and finds out about her Swiss Bank accounts. But Bobbie is not aware of such accounts. Hmmm. . .
Sonny and Carly are adorable at home together but, Sonny warns Carly that she is not to go anywhere “without protection.” Carly reluctantly agrees to this and heads to work. The definite high point of today was the showdown between Laura and Carly over the new face of Deception. They agree that they want someone beautiful, untapped and accessible. . . Laura thinks she has the perfect idea – Elizabeth Webber. Carly, of course, strongly disagrees and is back in old form with plenty of insults (comparing Elizabeth to Mr. Rogers and insisting that she will make Deception seem “rinky dink”) before she storms out of the room. Meanwhile, Sonny calls Mike and tells him to come to him when he needs money and not to get involved with a loan-shark. Mike promises it won’t be necessary. Carly returns home from work just in time to hear Benny warning Sonny that he could be in danger from Sorrell. . .
