General Hospital Update for Tuesday, 17-Oct-2000

Stefan is told that Chloes dream was real Nick had an argument with Helena at the hospital. Chloe is still looking for a way off the island but Stefan wants to use Chloe's dreams but Chloe is having problems sleeping. Stefan suggests reading a boring book to help her fall asleep. She goes to the Libray and finds a book with a hidden space in it containing Stefan's Journal. The journal was from when Stefan was 10. How did it get there? Stephan tells her that Helena probably put it there as a joke on him. Stephan opens up to Chloe about Stavros. Chloe tells him that she likes the boy that he was and asks to read the rest of the journal. Later Stepan is furious with his servant for leaving the journal, he was supposed to make sure no one could tell that he owns the house they are staying in.

Roy and Lucas are playing soccer in the park when Cerell comes by. Roy sends Lucas to play on the other side of the park and tells Cerell that he is not interested in working for him and to stay away from him. Lucas kicks the ball near Cerell and he hands Lucas the ball (this is the only part that Tony sees). Cerell leaves but Tony is furious with Roy for letting Cerell near his son.
Tony tells Roy that he doesn't want him around anymore. Bobby shows up and tries to intervene but Tony tells her that Roy was meeting Cerell and introduced him to Lucas. Roy tells her it was innocent and he didn't have anything to do with Cerell, Bobby gives him the same lecture about being out of prison and staying straight(as if Roy hasn't been trying) Roy tells her that people like Cerell will always be around him because of his experience and she is just going to decide whether she can live with that or not.

Felicia and Mac tell the girls that they are getting a divorce. Maxie says that it is because of Felicia and wants to know if Mac is filing for custody of them. Mac says the girls need to be with their mother. Mac assures the girls that he will still be there for them. After Mac leaves Maxie is worried that Mac won't come around especially after Felicia and Luke get married. Felicia tells her that she is not marrying Luke because she is still in love with Mac. Felicia wants to take the girls for ice cream but Maxie insists she has too much homework so Felicia just takes Georgi. Maxie gets out a suitcase and heads upstairs.


Lucky pays his mother a visit and tells her about Faison messing with his mind. Lucky says he is getting help from Kevin. Laura says that Helena is more involved than any one believes. Lucky says he doesn't care about Helena he just wants things to go back the way they were. Lucky tells his mother that he missed her this past year and he was sorry that he let Faison brainwash him. Lucky tells Laura that he doesn't want Luke to do anything stupid. Later, Mac stops by to see how Laura is doing. Laura tells Mac she hasn't been this happy in a year she finally got a glimpse of her real son. She also says that she made the decision to move back to N.C. but Lucky's visit may have changed her mind. Mac and Laura comiserate over their lives, and the twists they are taking.


Helena runs into Gia at the hospital. Gia tells her that if they see each other it is none of Helena's business. Nick shows up and Helena threatens to take the hospital funding away if he doesn't use discretion where Gia is concerned. Gia can't believe that Helena would pull GH funding just to keep Nick in line but Nick assures her that she would but it won't stop him from dating whoever he wants. She tells him to keep dreaming if he thinks they will date.
Lucky shows up at the hospital and Nick warns him that Helena is roaming the corridors. They agree that Helena shouldn't know about Lucky seeing Kevin. Nick wishes that Stefan were still alive because he is the only on who could control Helena. Lucky points out that Helena wants aproval from only one person, Him, and they could use that to their advantage. Lucky wants Nick to pretend to like Helena. Helena overhears a nurse tell Lucky that Kevin is ready for him.
