General Hospital Update for Monday, 11-Sep-2000

Carly tells Sonny that she will marry him. They talk about it and are very stiff and formal with each other at first, but eventually they begin to relax and even begin to tease and joke with each other. Sonny, (with those dimples of his.... oh ya....) grins and says, "So, it's a deal?" to Carly and sticks out his hand. Carly shakes his hand, smiling, and says, "Deal!". Later the two are discussing who will cook dinner (Carly offering boxed Mac'n'Cheese vs. Sonny offering fresh grilled Sea Bass.... oh, what a decision....LOL) when the phone rings and they learn that Jason has been arrested. Carly grabs her purse and tells Sonny, "Let's go", and Sonny knows he cannot stop Carly from going to try and help Jason, but he asks her to please promise him that she will stay calm and also that she will NOT tell ANYONE about their impending marriage so that the PCPD won't try and get a statement from her before they can tie the knot. Carly agrees and they head out the door.

Liz calls Jason and tells him everything about the plan for the Rave and "dead-Ted" and Emily. Jason says he'll take care of it. He arrives at the rave just after Zander drives off in Nikolas' Jag with Emily at gunpoint and in the driver seat. Jason asks which way they were headed and as he turns to go after them, Taggert orders the cops to "cuff him" and tells Jason that he is under arrest for whatever charges he has to use to keep Jason from going out and playing "vigilantie" on his own.

Juan is upset that Taggert let Zander take Emily hostage. Taggert explains to Juan, Lucky, and Nikolas that Emily is better off than if the cops would have charged Zander. He then wants a full explanation of what the teens have been up to. They tell Taggert everything starting from the first rave and night at the motel room with Emily waking up with "dead-Ted" up to the plan that back-fired tonight about setting up Zander.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the world....

Luke is cornered in his hotel room by two Interpol agents knocking at the door. Roy to the rescue with his FBI badge and some fast talking. The agents tell him he has 2 hours. Luke is half way out the window when Roy enters the room.

And, in the Meditteranean....

Chloe sleeps, Stephan watches, Chloe awakens, Stephan asks if she had any dreams. Then, Chloe comes up with a brilliant idea, maybe if she can start "dreaming thru Helena's eyes" again, it will save her and Stephan! Stephan, you sly devil you.....LOL

Back in Colorado at the Dude Ranch......

Mac and Felicia have a serious heart to heart after the girls are asleep. Felicia tells Mac that she wants her family back and he says that is what he wants to. Then, they kiss goodnight.......
