Brenda's alive! Jason's back in town! Roy and Bobbie made love!
OK, so that last part is nothing new ... but the other two were the highlights of Friday's show.
First, Brenda: Jax flew to Paris with high hopes of finding his true love; he did find a minute to call Chloe and leave her a message, ending it with an "I love you." At the Georges V hotel in Paris, a striking Brenda walked out the door to meet a man near a limo. He teased her about always being late. Jax was watching as Brenda got into the limo and yelled out her name -- but we need to wait until Monday to find out if she heard him. (Well, if he has to leave the show, at least he's not riding off into the sunset with Chloe.)
Meanwhile, a distraught Chloe followed Alexis's advice and flew to Paris to "support" Jax when he realizes that Brenda's really dead. Looks like she's in for a surprise.
Jason showed up at Sonny's door at the very end of the show and didn't say anything; he might have been too shocked that Carly opened the door. She looked quite surprised yet pleased to see him. She had spent the day arguing with Sonny about the Sorel bust. Her point, which he wouldn't agree to, was that her intentions were good. He reminded her of all the chances she had to be honest with him. He told her that she's in his "space" but not in his life. She accused him of putting her in "Sonny Siberia." He told her he'd give her whatever she wanted or needed, such as money, but he wouldn't give her his trust.
Ned bought the video of Alexis in the teddy and hoped he'd be finally putting an end to her exposure on the Internet. He visited her at the penthouse to share the news with her, but it turned out that his trying to remove her from the Web only made her picture more valuable, so the "fans" were still hanging outside the building waiting to see her. Johnny scared them off.
Later Alexis counseled Sonny that the best way to solve his legal problems is to marry Carly because a spouse cannot be forced to testify against the other spouse. Sonny's reaction was to ask, "So my choices are to go to prison or to marry Carly?" Hmmm, looks like he'll choose the second one.
The teens met at Kelly's to hear Lucky's newest idea of how to deal with Zander. Before they all arrived, however, Gia taunted Liz. Lucky arrived in time to defend Liz, which seemed to anger Gia, who then accused them of having a secret thing for each other and accused Nik of secretly loving Liz. Not too far off base. Anyway, Lucky's plan is that at the next rave, Gia will distract Zander so that Juan can get Zander's keys. The guys will then transfer Ted's corpse from the trunk of Nik's car (he seemed very thrilled about that part) into the trunk of Zander's car, and then Juan will sneak the keys back into Zander's pocket while Gia's still distracting him. Liz loudly proclaimed that it would never work. It was the last scene, so we'll have to wait until Monday to find out why she's so pessimistic.
Finally, Bobbie and Roy went on a boating trip and had a picnic. They returned to Roy's apartment and became passionate. At the end he announced that he was leaving to find Luke.
Previews for Monday: Jax tells someone that he's found Brenda; the teens discuss the Ted situation; and Roy talks about finding Luke.
