Jax and Chloe are on the plane home. Chloe forgives Jax for obsessing about the idea of Brenda still being alive. We learn that Jax is having Helena followed by a private eye and that he believes Helena is running from them to protect herself from prosecution. When Chloe realizes that she won’t be a threat to Helena after she is cured, she thinks that telling Helena would be a good move. Jax tells her that now that Helena is obsessed with Chloe, nothing will help. Later we see that Jax and Chloe are sleeping on the plane and Chloe tells her sleeping lover that she loves him. We then see that Jax is dreaming about Brenda. When he wakes, Chloe tells him that he looked happy as he slept. She asks what the dream was about, he tells her he cannot remember.
Stephan is assured by the Brenda look-alike that she did her job; he pays her and she leaves. Stephan tells his henchman that the Brenda look-alike was good because he found out that Jax still has feelings for Brenda and that weakness can be exploited. Stephan says that Jax is about to encounter Brenda again… a Brenda he cannot have and the audience see a photo of a woman with a kerchief on her head.. that woman cannot (of course) be identified.
Bobbi goes to the police department and learns from Mac that Carly is not being charged with a crime but is a witness against Sonny for drug trafficking. Roy is at the police station too. Bobbi tries to find out the details from Roy as to what is going on. Roy tells Bobbi that Sonny was set up. When Bobbi asks that Roy just go home and not get mixed up with Sonny, Roy recaps how Sonny risked himself to get Roy out of jail. Bobbi tells him that Sonny got amnesty for helping Roy and that they are even. Roy won’t leave Sonny alone at the station without representation. Bobbi is not pleased. Hannah tells Bobbi and Roy that Carly is responsible for Sonny’s arrest. Hannah tells them that Carly is a “Key witness for the prosecution and will use her testimony to convict Sonny” (Mmm… as I remember... a wife cannot be legally forced to testify against her husband, can she?)
Dara tells Hannah that she is out of lines for telling Bobbi and Roy anything about the arrest. Dara comes down hard on Hannah until Mac asks what the problem is… Dara says that Hannah has a conflict of interest… Bobbi chimes in that the problem is that Dara can’t handle Taggert dating Hannah. Mac asks that Hannah remove herself from the case, she says no. The conclusion between Hannah and Taggert is that Dara can’t separate her personal and professional life.
A woozy Elizabeth finally gives in to Lucky’s pleas to leave the rave and they depart. Zander tries to follow Elizabeth, but Nicholas runs interferences but not very well. Gia steps in and flirts with Zander. Zander blows her off but Gia reminds him that he tried to pick up her at the last rave. Zander asks what Gia is on and she says, “What do you got?” Zander gives up and walks away. Nicholas compliments Gia on a nice save. Gia and Nicholas make it to L&B. Gia wants a ride to her au pair job. Nicholas makes her wait as he leaves a heart felt message on Lucky’s answering machine asking for an update on how Elizabeth is. Gia ribs Nicholas about having a thing for Elizabeth. Nicholas changes the subject back to Zander and finds out that Gia won’t back off of Zander because Zander recognized her from the first night when Ted was killed. Gia has a plan to expose Zander as a drug dealer and get him busted.
Lucky and Elizabeth arrive at her studio and she is still apparently chemically altered. They are all touchy and take in the moonlight together. Lucky asks if Elizabeth knows what Zander slipped her. She shows her defiant side by telling Lucky she doesn’t really care what she took. She tells Lucky she can’t do what he wants her to do.. tell him what she took…love Nicholas… not love him. She tells him she loves him and he smiles. Lucky stays with Elizabeth to make sure she is Ok. They listen to soft music and dance. As they are dancing, Elizabeth asks what Lucky trust and tells her that he trusts them.. then informs her (and us) that it is likely Elizabeth won’t remember anything about the forthcoming evening because she probably took the same drug as Emily. Elizabeth tells Lucky that she remembers everything about them. Lucky tells her that she never stopped loving her. Elizabeth asks why he pushed her away. He tells her there is something wrong with him and he doesn’t know exactly what yet. Lucky tells Elizabeth that he wanted to reach out to her when he first got back but something held him back. He says she will forget everything that happens while she is drugged. She tells him she will remember and that she’ll never lose him. He tells her she couldn’t lose him and that he loves her… they repeat the vows they took in the church before he was “killed” in the fire. They kiss. Elizabeth is giddy happy about the reunion of Lucky and her. She tells him she is going to remember the evening but she feels tired and lies down. Lucky tucks her in, turns the lights off and slips in next to her on the couch to sleep.
Ned arrives at L&B to find there are buckets of mail for Eddy’s Angel. Several phone messages are on the machine concerning interviews about Eddy’s Angel: “Rock-n-Roll International” a Centerfold offer for Eddy’s Angel etc… Ned calls Kurk (?) to attempt to get Alexis’ photo off the web. No luck. Juan comes in to drop off Nicholas’s car keys. Juan and Ned discuss Eddy’s Angel. Juan asks if Alexis knows that she is famous and Ned says no and he hopes to keep it that way. Ned recaps to Juan how the Eddy’s Angel photo came to be. Ned flip flops on whether to tell Alexis or not to tell Alexis. Juan says that sleeping on the decision may help.
