General Hospital Update for Thursday, 20-Jul-2000

O.K., this episode went kind of no where.
Ned is giving an interview to a local television station and they walk in, cameras rolling, on Alexis dressed in a provocative teddy awaiting Ned. Embarrassment ensues. Ned gets rid of the interviewer who is now more interested in Alexis than Eddie Mane. Ned convinces Alexis to get dressed and come to the concert. Alexis goes incognito. They come back and get smoochy.
Mac continues his vengance on Luke. He goes through the evidence he has from Luke's things. He finds keys that don't belong to any of Lukes vehicles but to no avail, Helena's yact. He goes to interrogate Helena who is very evasive and defensive. Mac then interupts Taggert and Hannah's date to see if he will help him nail Luke. Taggert tries to get him to see that it could be Helena that he needs to investigate.
Emily is upset and tries to get in touch with Nicholas. Edward and Lila come in and Edward accuses Emily of doing drugs. Lila and Emily discuss why she has been "not herself" lately and Emily confides in Lila her troubles with Juan. Lila tells her she needs to talk to Juan and do what her heart tells her to do. Meanwhile Nicholas and Lucky are having trouble locating the freezer good old Ted's body is in. They finally locate it and find that Ted is still in there. (GROSS) Nicholas and Lucky get back to Emily and discuss going to the police to find out why no one is worried where Ted has gone.
Bobbie and Roy discuss his new living quarters. Bobbie still tries to get Roy to move to the Brownstone and Roy refuses. She then tries to let him let her redecorate. Roy doesn't seem real keen on this either.
Sonny goes to Luke's in search of Roy and Carly is not far behind him. They sit far enough away to keep eye contact with each other. First Hannah and Taggert walk in and Carly has a confrontation with her and then insult to injury A.J. walks in and starts to threaten her and Sonny comes over and warns A.J. to stay away from the Brownstone. A.J. just smirks and taunts Sonny. A.J. informs them that he will get his son back and Sonny lets him know until that time occurs that A.J. needs to play by his rules. Bobbie and Roy walk in and Roy throws A.J. out. Bobbie then tells Carly she needs to think about her "living" arrangements. Bobbie then involves Sonny and he says that Carly is his responsibility and wisks Carly out of the bar with her tail between her legs. I wish one or both of them would just tell the other that they really do have feelings for each other and get it over with. Geesh!!!
