General Hospital Update for Thursday, 13-Jul-2000

Roy and Bobby are sitting in a resaurant bar and Roy is worried about money. Bobby is insisting she doesn't need anything but Roy. While Roy is away calling the club a man sits down next to Bobby and asks the waiter about the dinner cruise Bobby and Roy just went on. She tells him that it was a fabulous cruise. He says he'll give it a try and would Bobby like to join him. A jealous Roy walks in, overreacts and is very rude to the man. He is still obsessing over his lack of money. --The man at the bar had a wad of cash and was staying in the penthouse suite.


Lucky and Emily are waiting at Kellys for the phone call from the blackmailer. Lucky assures her that everything will be ok. Emily is also worried that Juan won't be able to forgive her for being with Ted. (Juan is watching through the window) Emily freaks when she overhears Mac and Tammy discussing a murder without a body--Lucky stops her and then they hear Mac talking about Stefan's "murder". Emily thanks Lucky for being there for her and kisses his cheek. Juan storms in and warns Lucky to stay away from Emily. Lucky says Emily is with him because he knows how to treat her. A pushing match ensues, Juan punches Lucky who retaliates by using a karate move to take Juan to the floor. Mac interupts and wants to know what is going on. Everyone mums up and agrees it was a misunderstanding. Juan leaves and Emily says maybe she should tell Juan what is going on.-----Emily gets the drop phone call, Friday in an alley.


Stefan is on phone and is furious with whomever is getting info on Chloe. He wants to know why Chloe was at Windemere. Stefan later gets a report on Chloe and it tells him nothing. He is very angry.


Helena is planning a party to discuss General Hospital funding inviting the Q's and Jax.

Chloe tells Jax how grateful she is for all he has done for her, but thinking about Jax and Helena together is creeping her out(Me too). Chloe goes to change and Helena shows up acting like she and Jax were playing lovers games when he handcuffed her to the bed. She invites him to come back anytime. Chloe walks in. Helena invites them to her party. Jax refuses but Chloe says they might be able to make it. Chloe wants to go and see Helena's yacht to see if it has anything to do with her dreams.


Ned wants to take Alexis with him on tour. She says she can't. Ned wants to know if Alexis really wants him to be Eddie Mane. She says she wants him to be happy and performing makes him happy. Alexis admits that she doesn't fit into Eddie Mane's world. Ned offers to quit but Alexis says she will try to fit into Eddie's world.


Liz thinks Lucky is getting back to his old self and asks Nicholas to look at Lucky to see if she isn't just hoping too much.
