General Hospital Update for Tuesday, 27-Jun-2000

Lucas and Tony walk in on Bobby and Roy making out. Tony chastises Bobby for bringing yet another man with a questionable past into the home where his son lives. Bobby professes her love for Roy and defends him. Tony reminds her that she said all those same things about Jerry. Tony then asks Roy to stay away from Lucas. Roy says he has to follow Bobby's lead, but he wouldn't do anything to hurt Lucas. After Tony and Lucas leave Roy tells Boby that he understands how Tony feels. Roy say that he has nothing to offer Lucas, no profession, or education or money, and maybe Lucas needs a more positive role model in his life. Bobby tells him that this is not true.

Taggart tells A.J. to stay away from Hannah. A.J. tells Taggart that Hannah needs protecting from Taggart not him. Taggart insists that if A.J. hurts Hannah in any way that he will come after A.J. A.J. practically laughs in Taggarts face. Hannah is standing in the shadows listening. Hannah tells Taggart not to worry about her, she can help A.J. Taggart isn't happy but what can he do? They kiss and he gets beeped to go to work.

A.J. asks Dara to meet him at Jakes. When she shows up he tries to get her involved with him in breaking up Taggart and Hannah. Dara vehemently declines.

Emily confides in Liz that she is jealous of all the girls throwing themselves at Juan. Emily isn't sure if she is ready for sex, but worries that Juan is ready now. She is worried that if she doesn't have sex now she might miss her chance with Juan (like Liz did with Lucky). Liz says she sometimes wishes she and Lucky hadn't waited because maybe they would have a conection now instead of distance.--In walks Lucky. Emily makes some lame excuse to leave. Lucky begins to talk about his captivity. He says that he wouldn't ask for anything so the guards wouldn't know what was important to him. He asks if Liz needs help closing. As they clean up Lucky plays their song on the juke box. He and Liz dance.

Helena comes across Chloe at the bench on the bluff at Windemere. Helena suggests that she and Chloe are alot alike and that someday they may share the same man. Chloe is disgusted and walks away.--Back at the hotel she confides in Ned and Alexis that she thinks her dreams are real.

Stefan thinks Helena is on to the fact that he is alive and setting up Luke. He decides to re-direct her suspicions. Stefan makes a few phone calls. Mac goes to Helena to fill her in on the investigation and after their talk she is convinced that Mac, the jealous husband, is setting up Luke.-----Unbeknownst to Helena, pretty boy is taping her conversation with Mac (to send to Stefan).

Laura is at Jakes looking for a fun time. Mac arrives. She tells Mac she can't remember the last time she had fun and maybe they could have some fun together. She also tells Mac she just wants to be held because she is tired of being alone. Mac hugs her and she kisses him. She apoligizes and Mac tells her that having anything between them would only complicate things.---Laura and Mac reminisce about lost loves. Laura tells him how much she loves Luke. Laura feels responsible for the end of her marriage but Mac places all of the blame for his marriage on Felicia. They discuss Luke's role in Stefann's death, Laura defends Luke and Mac insists Luke is guilty. They finally agree not to discuss this.
