General Hospital Update for Thursday, 15-Jun-2000

Sorry this is a little late.

On Thursday's show, Nikolas found out that the PCPD believe Luke murdered Stefan. He angrily confronted Luke, who spent most of the day in a conference room. Later Nikolas told Laura and was upset when she insisted Luke would not have murdered Stefan.

Luke vehemently protested his innocence, but to no avail. Mac certainly seemed to enjoy his authority over Luke. Felicia showed up at Mac's office to show him a brochure for a ranch in Colorado where she wants to take the girls. When she heard of Luke's arrest and of his failure to provide an alibi, she remembered exactly what she and Luke were doing at the time he was supposedly murdering Stefan. She remained silent, however.

A crafty Roy disguised himself as a cop and helped Luke escape.

Meanwhile, Edward railed against the public embarassment he feels AJ will cause if he attends next week's Nurses' Ball. Lila defended AJ and insisted that he be allowed to sit at the Q family table.

After learning from Liz that Lucky suggested Liz and Nik should get together, Emily visited Lucky at his new residence -- a room above Jake's. She demanded that he look her in the eyes and say he no longer loves Liz. He couldn't do it, of course. Emily's words got to him, because he went to see Liz at her studio, where he apologized for trying to push her and Nik together.
