Tuesday's show was pretty much relationship-based: Chloe and Jax; Felicia and her girls; Bobbie and Roy; Hannah and Taggert.
The show began with Emily and Juan hanging up posters for Eddie Maine's concert and then Taggert telling them they were breaking the law. He shooed them off to school, and they weren't seen again.
Taggert then met Hannah. They again discussed the obstacles to a potential relationship. But they both agreed it was worth it. They were interrupted by the simultaneous arrivals of Bobbie and Sonny. The two cops left. Sonny tried to explain to Bobbie that she cannot risk Roy's safety by talking to Hannah about him. He also told her about the wedding plans with Carly.
Naturally, Bobbie didn't take the news well. She launched into a "you'll never be happy if you don't marry for love" speech and told Sonny that Carly didn't marry AJ for love and look at the results. Sonny reminded Bobbie that he's not AJ.
Before meeting with Bobbie in the park, Sonny visited Roy at the hideout. Larkin called Sonny while he was there and told him that the terms of the deal had been changed and that now Sonny must give him 1 million dollars. Sonny pretended to be upset and then to give in. The final steps toward exposing Larkin are in motion.
Jax was hovering over Chloe as usual. When she mentioned that Alexis was taking her to GH for the radiation treatment, he pouted and said he took it personally. (He's got to get rid of her so he can get a life again!) At the hospital, Helena walked over to Alexis and Chloe while they were waiting. Helena expressed "sympathy" for everything Chloe's going through -- and then she began to give the exact details of Chloe's condition. Alexis accused her of violating Chloe's right to privacy by accessing her medical records.
Later Alexis met with Stefan to tell him of Helena's newest move. They agreed that Helena's motive must be anger against Jax for teaming up with Stefan to bring about Helena's downfall.
Chloe and Jax had a romantic evening planned in the penthouse. She did mention the run-in with Helena but managed to convince Jax to forget about it until the morning.
Meanwhile, in Texas, a distraught Felicia convinved Mariah that the girls had to return to PC with her. Mariah countered that it isn't just home that's in PC: it's Luke Spencer. Felicia ignored that and made an emotional plea about needing her girls. When the girls returned home from school, Georgie seemed happy to see Felicia, but Maxie was as rude and hostile as ever. When Felicia told them they were going "home," Maxie announced that she'd run away "just like you always do, Mom." Mariah finally got the girls calmed down, but Felicia began to fall apart. Eventually, the girls agreed to go if Mariah accompanied them.
Stefan questioned Tony's application for head of the neurosurgery department. Stefan said that the applicant must be an active surgeon. Tony tried to explain that he'd soon be able to operate again, but Stefan said that wasn't good enough. He won't vote on mere expectations. Then he brought up Tony's kidnapping of Michael. Bobbie stepped in and told Stefan that he's the true kidnapper since he contributed to Lucky's disappearance. Stefan tried to explain that he was merely trying to "bring the boy back to his family," but Bobbie wouldn't listen.
At the end of the show, a contemplative Sonny was in a baby store, amazed at all the products. He told the saleswoman he'd take a cradle he liked. She explained that each was handmade and would take a while to be made. He said that was fine. She said she could suggest some personalized carvings to be etched into the cradle. People may criticize Sonny for his line of work, but he certainly doesn't shirk his family responsibilities.
