Em walks in on Edward making a business phone call. She asks what he’s up to, but he refuses to tell her. Alan comes in and reports that AJ is missing. Emily assures them that she was up all night and didn’t hear anything. Edward says she’s out of control and a typical Q fight is at full steam when Rae comes in. (Monica and Lila stepped in in the middle.) It turns out Rae and Edward have had some business dealings in the past and she said she was dropping by because she was in town. Alan and she share some meaningful looks like they’ve met before, but they pretend to be meeting for the first time. She tells the story of her desk and asks for an introduction. When she reveals it’s Sonny who has the desk, they are all stunned. They assure her that she does NOT want to meet Sonny. Lila says that Reginald has the phone number (because his girlfriend works there). AJ stumbles in and she’s surprised to find out he’s a Q. They continue to warn her off of Sonny and she goes. Edward starts to accuse AJ of accosting a stranger. Then they jump in on where he was. Monica makes it clear that she won’t enable him, and that he can’t come home until he straightens up. He says adios and walk out.

Carly gets permission from Sonny to use the kitchen, and then offers to make him breakfast. When we return to them, Sonny’s eating the eggs. He doesn’t look like they taste very good, but she manages to get a “thank you” out of him. She’s gotten a letter from the hospital inviting her to take a Lamaze class, and asks Sonny if he would be interested. She tells him that she had a C-section for Michael. They share a cute talk where neither one of them really want to admit that they both want to do it…but they decide not to (for now). Roy comes in, and Carly says she will go shopping. He tries to send a guard and she is not too pleased. She manages to get away without one.

Sonny asks Roy to go to Puerto Rico for him. Roy declines.

Tony stops by to talk to Chloe. Her meds aren’t working, and he’s going to change her prescription. He tries to assure her that this one has a good chance of working.

Hannah drops by to visit Bobbie at the brownstone. Hannah tells Bobbie that she knows Bobbie feels betrayed but she should know that Roy loves her like he’s never loved anyone else. Hannah says she could always tell that he was missing someone, and it wasn’t her mother. It was Bobbie. She says she missed him too. Carly comes up and listens outside the door. She overhears that Roy is an FBI agent and Hannah’s father. She runs out the door while the conversation continues.

(Wow, I hope I can do this scene justice!) When we come back to these two from other scenes, Sonny is explaining that he wants Roy as a representative, not a foot soldier. Roy says that he wants to clear a few things up. He reminds Sonny that he used to work for Frank Smith (for newbies, Frank was the person in charge of this “territory” before Sonny) and that he turned state’s evidence. Sonny understands that Frank fostered no loyalty and that Roy did what he had to do. Roy goes on to say that he continued to inform on people for the FBI because he had no choice (Sonny’s still not catching on). As Roy’s story continues, he ends with, “I’m still an informant for the FBI and my current assignment is you.” And fade to commercial…and back…

Sonny is pacing and looking shell shocked. He says, “You’re working for the feds, are you wearing a wire?” Roy offers to let him search him. Sonny says he must be a great snitch, he almost fell for it. He asks Roy why fess up. Roy responds that Sonny helped save Bobbie. He wants his life back. The people he snitched on before were scum, and he had a job to do to buy his freedom back. Until they assigned him back to PC, and he remembered what being a real person was like. He doesn’t want to make any more compromises. (I have to interject here, these two men should be on screen together all day every day! Wow. They’re good. :) Sonny figured they sent him because of Luke. Roy confirms that and that Luke doesn’t know why Roy is back. Carly comes running in and tells Sonny to stop talking to Roy. Roy is an FBI agent and Hannah’s father and “They are setting you up.”

Stefan drops by Laura’s house and sees Leslie Lu on the porch. Leslie (Laura’s mom) comes storming out demanding to know why he’s there. He says he’s there to talk to her. She accuses him of trying to get information from her and Lulu. He assures her he knows where Laura is and that it’s the wrong place. Nikolas comes out and joins the conversation. Stefan wants to point out that Helena wants revenge, and she is going to draw Luke and Laura back to the place where they were happiest. He asks Leslie if she knows where that is. She says even if she did, she wouldn’t tell him. Nik jumps in telling Stefan to stay out of it. Stefan reminds Nik that he is forgetting his place if he thinks he can boss him around. He promises he will clear his name and leaves. Leslie tells Nik that Stefan was about to question Lulu when she came out.

Jax comes into the apartment to find Chloe packing a suitcase. She tells him she is kidnapping him and taking him to St. Petersburg. He asks what happened, she tries to tell him it’s just been too long. He realizes she’s covering something up, and asks if the medicine isn’t working. She tearfully says no, and he holds her while she cries. He reassures her that he has people researching it. She says if she only has a few months she wants to travel, not waste it.

Rae drops in at Kelly’s and chats with Tammy. Rae asks Tammy is she knows Sonny. Tammy is guarded as she says she knows of him. Rae says he has some papers of hers and she just wants to talk to him. Tammy suggests leaving a note at the warehouse. Rae is ecstatic, and gets directions.

Tony comes in and recognizes Rae and gives her a big hug. They sit down and talk, and it comes out that she’s a talk show host who gives advice (a la Dr. Laura?) He asks if she’s still in San Francisco, and she says she’s on a quest for some family documents. She asks if he knows Sonny, and he sounds worried. She assures him she’s not. She spills her story: in the desk is an old family Bible. She had a daughter that she was told died, but was illegally adopted. She is looking for those records. He says his ex wife knows Sonny and he’ll make sure Sonny returns the call. He is beeped and has to run off, but they agree to meet again.

Carly tries to continue the story about what she overheard, but Sonny says Roy has already come clean, except for the Hannah part. He doesn’t seem angry, just intense. He tells her to calm down if she wants to stay and listen to what Roy has to say. Roy says Hannah is his daughter and he was about to tell Sonny that part. Carly jumps in accusingly, but Sonny stops her. Roy goes on to say when Hannah couldn’t get the job done, they brought him in because of his prior relationship with Luke. Sonny asks him what he has already given the FBI. He says nothing except what happened with the harbor master (remember the arrest etc. a few weeks ago?) Sonny says he can’t have Roy around the warehouse or the organization, and he’ll have to tell his men that Roy is an informant. (He sounds regretful but definitely not angry. Amazing what happens when someone finally does tell him the truth before he finds out!) He sounds worried as he asks Roy what is going to happen to him next. Roy thinks he’ll probably have to go back to prison once the FBI realizes his cover has been blown. Sonny wishes him luck. Roy says one last thing: Hannah never betrayed him, and she told him the truth. Roy leaves. Carly is shocked that he let Roy go, and seems really worried. Sonny tells her Roy didn’t have access to any information and sounds impressed that Roy “threw his life away to tell the truth. I owe him for that.”

After a few other scenes, we’re back to Sonny and Carly. He’s making her drink some water and telling her to put her feet up. He tries to tease her that she’s running around too much and she should have taken the guard and the car. They really seem to understand each other. He’s grateful she tried to help, but he says it’s like what happened at the grill with AJ. What if Roy had been armed? Why did she jump in the middle? She says she doesn’t want him to go to prison. He comments that she’d get sole custody that way…they joke around about this a bit. They decide to take Michael to the park.

Roy goes to the brownstone to tell Bobbie what happened: Sonny was fair. He tells her that Carly showed up before he could finish the story. He thinks Bobbie told Carly everything. They quickly figure out what happened: Carly was eavesdropping. Bobbie is indignant. Roy reminds her that he and Sonny were not going to work together. He tries to prepare her for the fact that the FBI is going to figure out what happened, and they only have a few days to say goodbye. She says they will figure a way out of this, and the show closes with them kissing.

Next on GH:

Edward asks Ned to congratulate him.
Stefan tells Alexis he has to find Lucky before his parents do.
Chloe overhears Jax saying on the phone, “I’ll take care of this.” And asks “What happened?”
Helena asks Lucky if it’s nice to be back where it all began. (I’m thinking this is the diner?)
Laura tells Luke she misses him.
