Hello GH fans. Friday’s emotionally charged episode left us with several cliffhangers, including a real one with Felicia, but more on that later. Rae Cummings made her debut on GH, Roy shocked Bobbie, AJ injured Carly, and Felicia was left hanging by her nails in a deserted area in Texas.

It all began with Laura’s fond memories of Lucy’s baby years in Texas. She reminded Luke of their happiness then. She also shared her concern that they had yet to find any clues of Helena or Lucky having been there. Well, she needn’t have worried, because Lucky was busy carving his name into a boulder where Luke had carved his and Laura’s initials many years before. He also tossed a note into a bush, telling an observant Helena that he’s just playing her game of leaving clues for his father. Near the show’s end, Helena told Lucky that they had one more stop and then he’d be on his own.

Laura’s increasing anxiety over Lucky led her to verbally attack Felicia for still being with her and Luke. She made it clear that Felicia’s help was not needed. Felicia objected to Laura’s dismissal and refused to leave, saying she had jeopardized too much to leave before Lucky was found. Laura accused Felicia of using Lucky as an excuse to be with Luke and referred to Flea as “my husband’s new girlfriend.” Felicia jumped on that remark and vigorously pointed out that Laura seemed to use the term “husband” when she felt like it. She reminded her that Laura wasn’t there to support Luke last year when Lucky “died.” Laura actually stated that she and Luke may or may not get back together. Luke then arrived to find the women arguing. Felicia appealed to him to let her stay, to which he readily agreed over Laura’s objections.

A smug Flea then went down to the picnic site where Lucky and Helena had visited earlier that day. She found the fresh carving of the name “Lucky” and then spotted the note in the bush. In her attempt to retrieve it, however, she ended up losing her footing and sliding down the side of a boulder. At the show’s end, she was hanging by her fingertips to the boulder’s side, calling for Luke to help her.

Back in PC, a drunken AJ argued with Alan and Monica about love, marriage, drinking, etc. Edward expressed his clear beliefs that he’ll get ELQ back in shape now that Ax’s out of there. An angry AJ headed for the PC Grille to continue drinking. His black mood was not appeased by observing Carly and Sonny arrive and then enjoy themselves at dinner.

Of course, what AJ didn’t know was that Carly was frantically trying to get Sonny to forgive her for violating his trust. Her latest attempt toward this goal was to be as charming as possible at dinner since their dining companion was a potential substantial coffee purchaser. He also happened to be the witness of Sonny’s FBI bust last fall. So Carly recognized that the dinner meant a lot to Sonny’s business and was therefore a key opportunity to ingratiate herself back in his life. The antique desk she had bought him hadn’t done it.

Speaking of that desk, Rae went to the antique shop to inquire about it, having been told that the shop’s owner may have purchased it. He verified the information but then revealed that he had sold it the day before. He wouldn’t tell Rae who bought it, so she diverted his attention and then looked in his records to find the delivery address – Sonny’s penthouse.

Also dining at the Grille were Taggert and Hannah, who had earlier asked Roy why he’s so important to the FBI that she can’t resign. Roy actually had a busy day, meeting early on with Sonny, who complimented him on his role in rescuing Bobbie and then offered him a shot at a higher-level job in the business. Later Bobbie visited Roy to urge him to string the FBI along, lying about Sonny and thus keeping the peace. Roy stunned Bobbie by saying he planned to come clean with Sonny about his work for the Bureau.

Finally, back at the Grille, Ax’s anger reached its limit and he lashed out at the bartender, who tried to cut him off per “Mr. Ashton’s standing order.” AJ grabbed the bottle from the bartender and headed toward Carly and Sonny’s table just as they had decided to go home after their successful meeting with the coffee merchant. AJ swung the bottle at Sonny, and in the melee, Carly ended up thrown to the ground. From the previews for Monday’s show (and from scoops and spoilers on this and other sites), it’s clear that the altercation with AJ leads to trouble for Carly and the baby. How much trouble isn’t certain yet, but the emotions to come should serve to bring Carly and Sonny closer.
