General Hospital Update for Friday, 17-Mar-2000

Jax and Chloe get word from GH that Chloe's biopsy results are in. At the hospital, Tony tells her that the tumor is benign. However, if it continues to grow it will put pressure on the occipital lobe and may cause permanent blindness.

Roy calls a meeting with Benny to tell him Sorel has kidnapped Bobbie. Benny is unwilling to contact Sonny, per Sonny's instructions, so Roy takes matters into his own hands. On the docks he sees one of Sorel's henchmen and forces him to give up Bobbie's location. Roy arrives and breaks down the door. Just as they attempt to leave, Sorel and his men block both doors. Roy is pistol-whipped, causing Bobbie to flashback to the night she thought Roy died. Then Sorel's men give Roy a beating.

Sonny and Carly are relaxing at his island. Later, Carly decides to celebrate her divorce form AJ at the Casino. After winning big, Sonny advises her to quit, but feeling she is on a winning streak, she bets it all and loses. Of course, Sonny signaled the man at the table to make her lose, unbeknownst to Carly. Back at the house, Sonny receives a call from ??? that Sorel has Bobbie. He and Carly prepare to leave immediately.

At the Scorpio home, Maxie and Georgie surprise Mac & Felicia with a romantic dinner for two, featuring chili from Kelly's. They apologized to each other for past mistakes. Then Mac gets a call and has to leave. Apparently when there are only 2 police officers on the entire force (Taggert and Garcia), the Commissioner has to take up the slack. Anyway, while he was gone, Felicia went to the docks to remember Luke. As she was leaving, she spotted Helena.

Luke and Laura got to Reunion Island and boarded the Haunted Star only to discover everyone left less than 2 hours ago according to the log entry. They looked for clues but came up empty handed at first. Laura told Luke that she thinks Helena has them on wild goose chase looking for their dead son. Later, Laura discovers a handwritten map with directions to the box car in PC. The writing is Lucky's. Just then Stefan shows up and wants to talk to Laura.
