General Hospital Update for Friday, 4-Feb-2000

Sorry this is so late! Went out of town for the Chinese New Year. Happy Year of the Dragon!

Anyway, I thought Friday's episode was fabulous. This is my first post, please bear with me.

The main scenes that got my heart all in an uproar was when Stefan was creeping around outside a building. We can see Helena talking to someone, presumably Lucky Spencer. You can see his arm, where he is playing chess by himself. Stefan did wander too close to the window and the alarm goes off. Helena is called back to the scene and she kinda reprimands him.

Back to Port Charles...
Liz is seen drawing and NuNik comes walking in. Like always, they argue about her association with Jason and Sonny because of the guard outside of the restaurant. He storms off, looking very troubled.

Sonny runs into Hannah while she is jogging in the park. Like any obssessed person, she is slightly overjoyed at seeing him but he is not impressed. He tells her to stay away from him... she grabs onto him to make him stay longer to talk... from anyone's point of view it does look like he's manhandling her... Roy walks along and he's very upset about this scene. Sonny is put in the position of defending himself. He calls Hannah a bunch of degrading names, not knowing that Roy is her father.

AJ and Carly wake up in the same bed. He turns to hold her but she bolts from the bed, making the excuse that she promised Michael a walk in the park. She goes off with Michael in a stroller while AJ goes humming down into the family room for a late breakfast. Lila unknowingly tells AJ of Carly's pregnancy. OOPS!
Meanwhile, Carly and Michael run into Sonny who is debating on whether to send Roy on a REAL mission. Carly watches as Sonny really bonds with Michael. It is clear from her expression that she kinda regrets that the baby she is holding inside of her will not have that kind of fatherly attention from its real dad.
Bobbie comes along and mother & daughter talk a bit but Michael is cold, it's time for him to go inside.
When Carly makes it back to her room, she finds it totally trashed by an enraged AJ. He really let's her have it for keeping her pregnancy from him and mostly, for cheating on him and then trying to seduce him under false pretenses. (it was so dramatic!)
the lesser scenes that i wasn't particularly impressed with were when Laura and Liz are talking about NuNik. Roy vents out his anger about Sonny and how Hannah is so obsessed with him. There were some scenes with Chloe and the hospital. Edward pays a visit to her and apologizes for ally-ing with Gertrude and giving her such a hard time with her marriage to Ned. Jax is always nearby. Monica and Alan are seen talking about the preciousness of life...
