General Hospital Update for Monday, 10-Jan-2000

The Quartermaines

Carly comes down and has a great time embarrassing A.J. by getting the foreign investors to say Carly babes and propositioning Edward. It was quite funny. No one was laughing, though, and Sonny was the only one to really know what she was doing and semi-support her. Monica comes down with a bag and orders her to pack because she won't see Carly ruin her son's life. Carly tells her to look the other way. A.J. tells Carly that she has an appointment with the psychiatrist in the morning and that he's sending over some tranquilizers. Carly tells him to get real, as if she's going to take drugs. He tells her that if she refuses treatment, with so many witnesses to her bizarre behavior, how could he let her near his son?

Ned and Chloe tell Monica their plan and at first, she is shocked, but then she starts to really consider it.

The Kelly's Gang

Hannah comes downstairs to share a cup of coffee with Liz. She tells Liz how much she misses Sonny even though she lied etc. she REALLY loves Sonny (yawn). Liz gets all mad when she finds out that Hannah is a spy. She tells Hannah that she has no idea what it's like to miss somebody because at least Sonny is still alive.

Emily comes in to drown her troubles with Juan in chocolate. She tells liz the whole sordid story of getting Ned to listen to Juan. Liz asks her how she can get Jason to change his mind about being friends and Emily tells her she can't. Then she realizes that Juan might come there and it would look like she is waiting for him so she leaves.

Gram comes to talk to Liz and Liz tells her about the bomb. Gram thinks she's coming home, but Liz says she's going back to the studio. Gram is disappointed in her.

Hannah goes to Jason and asks him to tell Sonny that she loves him. Jason tells her to get out and Sonny walks in.

Faison

Faison is asking Dara about the evidence against him. He maintains his innocence. He offers information which Mac will not accept. Mac comes back to talk to him and Faison is gone--he escaped! Flip to Helena and Ari's brother on the docks talking about Lucky being in place and Faison is on his way. Helena mentions that Faison won't be alive to enjoy his freedom.

Felicia is waiting for Luke in his office, obviously upset and crying. She shows Luke the video of them kissing and wonders if Faison would show Mac. She tells Luke that she has to come clean with Mac.

The Spencers

Stefan walks in and sees Luke at the house with Laura. He tells her to consider their relationship and then call him. Luke is helping to take care of a sick LuLu and they joke about Roy and how the time doesn't seem to have gone by at all. Luke asks Laura if he's wearing polyester leisure suits around the house (it was very funny). Laura seems to enjoy having Luke there.

Bobbie is trying to protect Roy from Larkin and Roy tells her to back off, in effect. She wants to help, but Roy tells her he's almost out and she can't worry about his business right now.


Tomorrow: Sonny asks Hannah who she thinks told him she was an agent? Felicia and Luke talk.
