General Hospital Update for Tuesday, 4-Jan-2000

Tuesday, January 4, 1999

Jax and Chloe return from their romantic adventure around the world, only to take right up where they left off on Jax’s couch. Alexis catches them, she ridicules Chloe for not having the “experience” of cheating on her husband and the laugh. Alexis admits to chloe that they are lucky because they a probably happier in their marriages than most people are.
Mike goes to see Tammy at Ruby’s to try to explain his “business” deal. Ned inturrupts the conversation to give Mike grief about leaving Gertrude alone before midnight on New Year’s Eve. Mike explains he could not stand up Tammy because he cares about her. Ned continues to ride him about finishing the job quickly. Ned agrees to Mike’s terms, they must tell Tammy the truth.
Luke and Felicia see each othe on the dock and laugh together. Felicia tells Luke she lied to Mac. Luke says he did the same. Felicia tells Luke to stay away from her the fellings are to hard to controle. Mac is secretly watching them. Felicia and Luke meet again in a very serious Mac’s office to sign the official police statements. (They are not complete) Mac tells Luke the stories don’t match. Later Maxi asks Felicia to never divorce Mac like what her friend’s parents are going through.
Emily apologizes to Elizabeth and Elizabeth tells her about the bomb in her studio. She says like Emily she has “friendly” feelings for Jason and would do anything for him. Lieutenant Taggert comes in to Ruby’s to warn Elizabeth again about Jason and to apologize for his behavior when they located the bomb and arrested Jason and Roy. Elizabeth admits to him she is not sleeping with Jason, Nikolas overhears this and walks out.
Helena goes to L&B to ask Alexis for legal help. Alexis wants her to grovel and laughs at her. After which Helena returns to her yacht were she has employed Aurie’s twin. She asks him to take a wig, similar to the one found in connection with Katherine Bell’s murder and place it into the evidence taken from Faison’s apartment where he was holding Felicia.
