General Hospital Update for Monday, 3-Jan-2000

Happy New Millenium!! Here's the first episode update of the NEW YEAR!!


After Carly swoons into Sonny's arms, Sonny and A.J. lead her to a sofa to sit down. She insists that she's OK and stands back up, a little dizzy. Sonny tries to offer her another seat but she refuses and leaves. (Could you imagine if she was pregnant with Sonny's child? Yikes!!) At the house Carly and A.J. witness Alan and Monica kissing. A.J. wonders what Carly and Sonny had to talk about in the elevator. He tells her that Jason has moved on to Elizabeth Webber and get over it.

Jax and Chloe do a lot of pillow talking about whether he is a playboy and if he played any games with her. He says maybe at the beginning in the gazebo but then he got to know the real her. They both say they never want to let the other go.

Nik is at Windermere with Laura and he's telling her how much he thinks he's blown it with Liz after the GH party thing. He leaves and Stefan comes in. They talk and start some serious kissing and Helena comes in. Laura leaves, she can't take Helena ruining a perfect evening. Helena tells Stefan that she wants him to give her an alibi or else. She hold up an envelope that she wants him to look in. He refuses and she leaves. She reveals that the envelope held a picture and it looked like the back of a boy's head at a computer. She knows Stefan is going to be sorry.

Roy and Jason are being interrogated at the police station by Taggert, but nobody is doing much talking. They call in Dara and Jason calls Alexis (interrupting Alexis' interlude with Ned). Alexis hurries down there and gets them off without any charges against them, but testily tells Jason that she doesn't represent thugs that are associated with Jason. Roy insists that he isn't a thug and looks insulted. Alexis tells him he would be better off with a different job. Jason thanks Roy for keeping quiet. They go to Sonny's penthouse and walk in on Sonny and Hannah talking.

Hannah came to the penthouse and was whining again that she loves him and the fact that the FBI don't have anything on him is proof that their love was real. (When he opened the door to Hannah his comment was "Is this a bust?" it was quite funny really.) Sonny just keeps telling her to find a new story cause that one is old. I'm surprised Hannah doesn't have a life yet, and she's still whining to Sonny. GET OVER IT!! MOVE ON!! She needs a new storyline. Roy and her get on the elevator together and Roy tells her she's going to lose her badge, job and get stuck with obstruction of justice if she doesn't stay away from Sonny. She just stares at him like he has two heads.

ANYWAY, Jason tells Sonny what happened at Liz's studio and how Roy is a stand up guy. Sonny seems suspicious that Roy is always in the right place at the right time. Sonny tries to explain why Hannah was there and Jason says he doesn't want to know. He leaves.

Mac is still at the police station even though several people have told him to go home and be with his family. Felicia finally comes down and voices her concern to Mac that there is some distance between them. (DUH!!)

Liz is at Bobbie's brownstone and Bobbie is giving her advice about loving a bad boy, (same speech she gave Carly) and Liz admits that Jason is only a friend that she loves Lucky. Bobbie doesn't seem to get it and warns Liz against even associating with Jason. Liz says again that she likes being with Jason because he accepts her for who she is.

Tomorrow: Mac witnesses a moment between Luke and Felicia, Jax and Chloe come home and wonder how they're going to hide their feelings, Nik overhears a conversation between Liz and Taggert about her and Jason being friends.
