Elizabeth visits the boxcar. She sees a body lying in the snow. She walks slowly toward it and turns it over. She is horrified to discover it is Jason. She calls his name and shakes him, but gets no response. She says "this can't be happening" and feels for a pulse. She shakes him some more and begs him to wake up. When he is able to speak, he asks Elizabeth to get him up. She notices the blood on his stomach and asks if he's been shot. He asks her to get him to the boxcar. It is a struggle, but he leans on her, and off they walk. Inside the boxcar, Elizabeth puts her coat over Jason. She wants to call 911. He says no because they'll get the police involved. Jason is in a lot of pain and is having trouble speaking, but he asks Elizabeth to get a first-aid kit. She vows she won't abandon him.
Faison brings breakfast to Felicia. He thanks her for listening to him last night. She is the first one who knows so much about his past. She is polite, but reserved. He leaves to get her some tea. When he returns, she is feeling around and pushing walls. He has brought her a gift. It's a framed picture of Maxie and Georgie. She realizes it's a recent photo of them in Texas and is upset that Faison was able to get that close to them. He says he sent someone to Texas. Felicia becomes livid. She doesn't want anyone spying on her children. He leaves. She sits on the bed, crying and clutching the picture of her girls.
At the Q's, Ned and Chloe are enjoying their breakfast with Lila while the rest of the clan mill around, until Gertrude enters. Ned and Chloe start to leave. Gertrude tells Chloe that her plans to sell her company are not legal. Her lawyers will stop Chloe from selling "her" company. Edward says that he invited Gertrude so that they could work out their differences. Gertrude has an injunction. Ned will have Alexis look at it to see if it is legal. Gertrude informs them that the injunction says Chloe is unable to sell the company without Gertrude's approval. Gertrude comes up with the theory that the sale of Chloe's company is nothing more than a smokescreen for something else. Furthermore, she threatens to prove that Chloe's marriage is a sham. Lila scolds Edward for his part in all of this. She leaves. Gertrude says she is temperamental. Edward defends his wife. Gertrude asks Alan to escort her out. She flirts with him on the way. AJ gloats over the fact that ELQ is doing well and that he recently landed a deal. Ned reminds him that he laid the groundwork for that deal. Ned thinks that Edward wants L&B to fail so that he'll return to ELQ. Chloe and Ned leave. Carly comes in through the patio doors. Edward asks where she has been. Amanda Barrington has been calling for her. AJ says she spent the night with her mother. Edward leaves. Carly thanks AJ for covering for her. AJ tells her that Edward knows that she's leaving him. One of the housekeepers told him. AJ says that what Edward doesn't know is that she spent the night with Jason. Carly tells AJ that she spent the night alone in a hotel room. AJ smirks. He deduces that Jason didn't want her. Carly starts to list Jason's virtues. AJ stops her. He has heard about Jason's virtues all his life. Carly tells him she's staying home. He welcomes her home, kisses her on the cheek, chuckles, and struts out of the room. Carly calls Jason and leaves a message on his answering machine saying that they can get through this and pleading with him to call her. Edward comes in and is happy when Carly says she's not leaving AJ. When she tells him that he is responsible for everyone being miserable at the Q's, he beams at her. He says she is a true Quartermaine. Later, alone with Michael, Carly tells her son that she has done a bad thing, but "Daddy" will forgive her because he always does. Then they all will be together.
Bobbie and Luke arrive at GH after he took her out for breakfast. She thanks him for not saying "I told you so" about Jerry. She still loves him. He says she's been through enough over the years, but he was tempted to say "I told you so." Laura comes along and tells Bobbie she's sorry for what happened at the wedding. Luke thanks Laura for the note she left him on Thanksgiving. Laura tells him how excited Lulu was to go ice fishing with him. Lulu now pretends to go ice fishing with all her dolls. Luke and Laura smile, joke and laugh through this scene. When Laura walks away, Luke's expression becomes sad. Bobbie notices the dramatic change. Luke invites her to come with him and Lulu the next time they go ice fishing. He leaves to go to his club. Laura notices that Bobbie is stressed out. She thinks that Bobbie may have returned to work too soon. Bobbie tells Laura that she can handle that Jerry was arrested. She just can't handle that he lied to her. She feels she may not know him at all. Laura says she knows what she means and sighs while she thinks. Stefan steps off the elevator and Laura sees him. He asks to speak to her privately. Tony comes along and tells Bobbie that Lucas has been asking questions about Jerry getting out of jail. Tony admits that Jerry is not a favorite of his, but he has been good to Lucas, so he doesn't want to undermine that relationship. Bobbie tells him that Lucas is lucky to have him back in his life. Laura tells Stefan that she hasn't been returning his calls because she doesn't know what to say to him. He says "I'm not proud of what I did to my mother." She asks if that's a confession. He wonders how she would have reacted if he had told her earlier. He says that everything he did, he did out of love, including keeping secrets. He reminds her that she has kept secrets out of love. Laura says she needs time away from him. Stefan says his feelings for her will never change.
Ned and Chloe go to Jax's penthouse. They tell Alexis about how they were set up by Edward. They ask her legal advice about the injunction. Chloe tells her how Aunt Gertrude wants to expose her marriage as a fake. Chloe is tired of pretending. Alexis has been going over Herbert's will to see if it is legal. Chloe says she hates Aunt Gertrude. Chloe and Ned discuss the possibility of ending their marriage. Alexis cries out. She has found a way to beat Aunt Gertrude. She reads the rider to Ned and Chloe. It says that if Aunt Gertrude remarries, she loses all rights to the company. Now they have to find Gertrude a husband.
Hannah comes downstairs and asks Sonny why he never came to bed last night. Benny arrives to talk to Sonny. They go out into the hall. Benny tells Sonny that something went wrong last night. He thinks there was a hit. People have disappeared. He thinks Jason may be dead. Sonny says he isn't. He tells Benny that Jason stopped by last night but didn't give details on the meeting. (I wonder why) Benny says that Moreno is missing and Sorel is acting like he's in charge. Benny mentions that he knows that Sonny was going to break it off with Hannah soon. He suggests that he wait until things blow over. He doesn't want the FBI to be alerted to any change in Sonny's life. Sonny asks Benny if he thinks he knows more about his territory than he does. Sonny suggests that Benny let him run his business. He tells him to come back when he has news on Jason. Inside the penthouse, Hannah says she doesn't want to pry if it's business, but she'd really like to help him. She wishes they didn't have so many obstacles. She wishes they could just love each other. She starts to kiss him and he pushes her away. He holds her arms and stares at her with an angry look. Hannah wants to know why he is so mad, but he answers that this is the way his life is. Elizabeth gets off the elevator and tells Johnny that she wants to see Sonny. He won't let her in. She asks him to tell Sonny that it is about Jason. Elizabeth comes in. She tells Hannah that she doesn't want to be rude but she wants to talk to Sonny privately. She tells Sonny that Jason has been shot. She's afraid he's going to die. After telling the whole story, she is told to forget everything she knows. Sonny says that she was smart to come to him. Now he's going to the boxcar.
In Mac's office, he asks Luke why he was in Mexico with Felicia.
Sonny finds Jason in the boxcar. He asks him why he didn't say he was shot. Jason asks "when was I supposed to mention it?"
