At Sonny's penthouse, Jason tells Sonny that he shouldn't be mad at Carly. It is Hannah who betrayed him. He owes Carly. Sonny says he owes her nothing. Sonny says Carly is as bad as Hannah, if not worse. Carly says Sonny hates her because she found the truth about Hannah. Jason insists that they both owe Carly. She stuck by Sonny and didn't betray him.

Jax brings Chloe to a doctor's office. Her reaction to the bearskin rug is getting worse. She keeps scratching. She stays hidden under her jacket. When the nurse comes in, she insists on seeing Chloe. Chloe is embarrassed when Jax sees all her blotches. After the nurse makes a crack about not blaming Chloe for rolling around on a bearskin rug with Jax, she says she'll try to find the doctor. He's somewhere delivering a cow while the vet is out of town. Chloe apologizes to Jax for ruining their time together. Later, the doctor tells her that the itchiness will be going away but she will become drowsy. Jax daydreams out loud about what they could do to outsmart Gertrude. Maybe one of his friends could distract her romantically. Jax doesn't look at Chloe through most of this. So, of course, at the end of the scene, she's asleep. Ned and Alexis arrive. Ned tells the nurse that Chloe is his wife. The nurse goes to warn Jax that Chloe's husband is there. Jax tells her that Mr. Ashton knows all about them. The nurse looks mystified. When Alexis says that she is Jax's wife, the nurse asks if they are from New York. The nurse's reaction to all this made it a cute scene. When Ned finds out why Chloe is there, he gets annoyed with Jax. Alexis isn't thrilled with his protective attitude. Ned suggests they all go back to Port Charles in case Gertrude is having them watched. After Ned and Alexis leave, Chloe tells Jax that maybe fate is keeping them apart. Jax assures her that they are in charge, not fate. He kisses her.

Elizabeth is at General Hospital, leaving a note for her grandmother. Emily gets off the elevator and apologizes for what happened between Juan and Nikolas. She tells Elizabeth she still misses Lucky a lot. She doesn't want to make Elizabeth feel uncomfortable around her and Juan. Emily remembers when her mom died. Every time she saw a mother and daughter together, it hurt her. She can imagine how Elizabeth must feel when she sees her and Juan hugging or holding hands. She says she'll stop doing those things in front of Elizabeth. Elizabeth insists they continue acting normally. When Emily says she feels badly that both Nikolas and Elizabeth are having sad times, Elizabeth tells her that being friends doesn't mean they all have to be feeling the same way. When Juan arrives, he apologizes for his behavior and Elizabeth assures him that all is ok. Elizabeth leaves to finish her art project but promises to meet them later at Mario's. Juan tells Emily he wants to take her ice sailing. He was on the sailing team back in Puerto Rico.

Larkin is on the docks with Hannah. He tells her he's glad she's finally doing something to put Sonny away. It seemed that lately she was trying to protect him. Hannah says that Sonny said he'd be there tonight when the shipment came in. Later, somewhere else on the docks, Hannah asks what appears to be a homeless man to make "another" phone call for her. She'll pay him $20. He wants $25. She finally agrees to give him $5 up front. As she starts to explain what she wants him to do, she hears a voice behind her saying how generous she is. It's Carly. She is with Jason and has a big grin on her face. Hannah says that she's just being helpful. Carly smirks and calls her Helpful Hannah. She gives the man a wad of bills and he leaves. Jason tells Hannah that she should be more security-conscious now that she lives with Sonny. He wants to walk her home. She shouldn't be on the docks. Hannah says she's going to Kelly's. Carly says they'll go with her. Hannah says she doesn't need babysitters, but Carly insists they see her home safely. Later, on the docks, Carly thanks Jason for defending her to Sonny. Nobody has ever done that for her. They walk off together.

Felicia comes into Luke's office. She assumes it's Luke in the chair with its back to her. It turns around and Faison is in it. He says it was he who wanted to see her. Luke isn't there. Felicia tells him that he doesn't scare her. Faison reminds her that she is the reason he came to Port Charles. As he touches her face, she cringes and says that he disgusts her. He compares his attraction to her to when he wanted Anna. He says he won't make a mistake again. She tries to get away from him but he holds her. He says he'll teach her to love him. They hear Luke outside the door. Faison holds a knife against Felicia's neck as Luke enters and sees a terrified Felicia. At first, he starts screaming at Faison. When Faison starts barking orders at him and he sees how frightened Felicia is, the usually unflappable Luke meekly follows Faison's commands. Faison takes advantage and says "sit, stand, sit, stand" and enjoys watching Luke jump up and down. Then Faison kisses Felicia long and hard on the lips while Luke watches. Faison lets her go and Luke wants to go after him, but Felicia pleads with him to stay. Luke holds her tightly as she sobs. Felicia tells Luke that she thinks Faison killed Anna because she didn't love him back. She says he used the word "destroyed". She tells Luke that Faison thinks he can teach her to love him. Luke is sorry he didn't kill Faison when he had the chance. Felicia says that Faison is playing games. Luke tells her that they are no longer mind games - Faison held a knife to her throat. Luke says it's time to bring Mac into this. Felicia says no. That is what Faison wants. He wants to kill Mac. She's sorry that she brought Luke into this, but she needs his help. He holds her. He vows that if Faison tries to hurt her again, he's a dead man.

Helena doesn't try to worm her way out of being caught on the phone by Stefan and Laura. Instead, she congratulates them on their theatrics with Tony. Sonny says he knew she would have to find about Ari. He was probably involved when Helena murdered Katherine. Helena says they can't prove she killed anyone. She was truly incapacitated during most of her convalescence. Stefan says he wants her out of his house now. He leaves with his mother, who is thrilled to go. Tony comes to talk with Laura. She tells him all about how active Helena is. He wants to talk with her about Stefan. Helena's blood tests were puzzling. When Helena collapsed in Laura's office, the blood test results showed no poison, but a recent one did. He's sure that the poison initiated the paralysis. He says that if she is no longer paralyzed, it is because the poison wore off or an antidote has been administered. Tony says he realizes that Laura loves Stefan, but he feels she must be told what he is capable of. Laura is shocked. She can't believe Tony could think that Stefan could poison his own mother. Back in Helena's room, Stefan asks her who gave her the antidote. She says she has a strong will. He answers that she has an ally. Helena realizes that Stefan rushed her away so that she wouldn't discuss Stefan's part in her paralysis to Laura. Tony tells Laura that he sees the face that Stefan puts on for her and he knows that isn't the whole man. He reminds her that Stefan is a Cassadine and can be ruthless. Laura looks worried and even a little scared. Stefan comes back and is surprised that Tony is there. Tony asks if Helena had an explanation for her recovery. Stefan answers no. Tony leaves. Stefan tells Laura that she seems shaken. Laura says that Tony thinks Stefan may have poisoned his mother. Stefan asks why Tony would think that and Laura explains about the two blood tests. She then asks him outright if he is responsible for poisoning Helena. Stefan sighs. Laura asks again. He answers with a question: does she believe he could do that? She wants to believe he wouldn't lie to her. She says that she has said several times that she wanted to kill Helena. Did this give Stefan ideas? Stefan gets mad and says that his mother couldn't have planned this any better. Laura says she doesn't want to hear any lies. She wants the truth from him. He looks her right in the eye and says "No, I did not poison my mother." Laura is relieved and they hug. In Helena's room, she is getting dressed up and putting on jewelry. Someone comes in behind her. She says she is fully recovered. We see that it's Faison. He says he's ending their partnership. Helena says that they were never partners. She was his boss. She says that she will retain custody of their hostage, Lucky Spencer. Faison says no because Lucky has his own unique value to him. He says that he moved Lucky to a different location. He bends over to kiss Helena goodbye. She grabs him by the throat and says "don't worry. You'll see me again." She releases him. As he walks away, he points a finger at her, menacingly.

Sonny is looking over some papers. Hannah comes downstairs. She appears very nervous. She gives him a little rubdown and says how great it is that Jason returned him home safely. Sonny suggests they go dancing. Hannah wants to go to his island. Sonny says he has business tomorrow. Hannah gets desperate. She pleads with him to take her to Manhattan tomorrow. He says he can't. They have the rest of their lives together.
