At his penthouse, Sonny remembers Hannah telling the feds on the tape how she wants to get Sonny. Hannah enters. She's in a bubbly mood. Sonny opens up a desk drawer and touches the gun there. Hannah has invited Mike over for dinner but Sonny has a meeting with Jason. Hannah convinces him to come home after the meeting for dinner.
Bobbie meets Jerry on the docks. He wanted to speak to her there because he hasn't been able to have a private conversation with her anywhere. He thinks she's not sure if she wants to marry him. She says she's not...she never was. She just knows she loves him. He thinks she accepted his proposal because he was on his deathbed. She thinks it's only normal for her to doubt her decision to remarry. The first four times she got married, she had thought it would be forever.
At the Q's, Carly is ready to go out, but AJ wants to know where she is going. She is upset that he would even ask and is deliberately antagonistic about refusing to answer his questions. Carly says she feels like a prisoner. They are not happily married. They're just married. She thinks they've built a nice life for themselves and Michael. He should just accept that. Carly leaves.
The "Mixed Marrieds" are dining early at Luke's. Luke is in his clown mode as he teases them and then jokes with Roy when he comes in. Roy asks Luke to cash his paycheck. Luke is amazed at how small it is. Roy tells him that he'd like to get involved with other aspects of Sonny's business. He asks Luke to put in a good word for him. Luke says he'd do anything in the world for him - except that. Ned is "appalled" that Jax and Alexis are making out in public. Luke cashes Roy's check and warns him that Sonny is always being watched. He smells Roy's after-shave and teases him about wearing it for Bobbie. Jax wants to take Chloe sailing but she is reluctant. Later, Jax and Chloe crawl ashore after their boat has capsized. Jax builds a fire. He says he's losing his self-control and they start kissing.
Sonny meets with Jason on the docks. Jason is perplexed when Sonny explains that Hannah tried to keep him home. Hasn't she set him up? She'll be surprised when she finds out that they set her up. Jason asks Sonny how long he can go on like this. Sonny replies "until she outlives her usefulness." Sonny and Jason walk off. Sorel is setting up something with another man. They both go to leave. Roy comes along and calls to Sorel. Roy tells him that he's still interested. Sorel mentions Roy's job at the warehouse. Roy says he is willing to quit it. Sorel says he wants Roy to keep the job and keep his mouth shut. Sorel leaves. As Roy is going up the stairs, he passes by Jerry. Roy stops and watches Jerry.
Mike helps Hannah prepare dinner. He talks about how the feds haven't been able to get anything on Sonny. He reveals the whole story about Brenda wearing the wire. Sonny opens the door but doesn't come in when he hears Mike talking about Brenda. Mike tells Hannah that Sonny and Brenda were never the same. Trust is so important to Sonny. Once you lose his trust, he can't feel the same. The three of them enjoy their meal. When Hannah leaves the room, Mike comments that whatever Sonny is doing, it's keeping Hannah happy. Sonny says coldly "that's the plan." As they share drinks after dinner, Mike tells Hannah how grateful he is to her for being nice and including him in their lives. Sonny has trouble listening to him give Hannah all these compliments. When Mike leaves, Hannah cuddles up to Sonny. He is obviously uneasy being affectionate with her. She goes upstairs. He stays and looks very serious. Later, Hannah comes back down in her robe and asks Sonny why he hasn't come to bed. He hangs up the phone and says there was a bust tonight. Jason is in jail. He knows it was Hannah who gave information to the feds. He knows she's a spy. Now he can never trust her again. She says she loves him. (By this time, anyone who has watched soaps for any length of time knows that something is fishy - it's too soon for a scene like this to take place.) He reaches for her head with his hands. At this moment, Hannah wakes up in bed, with Sonny over her, holding her head in his hands. She is saying "I didn't, I didn't." Sonny asks "you didn't what?"
Bobbie comes into Luke's. Luke tells her that she just missed him. She assumes he means Jerry. He says no - Roy. She goes off on him. She knows he keeps bringing up Roy to get a rise out of her. She'll never forget her first love, but now she has moved on and grown up. As Luke is apologizing, Roy enters and hears their conversation. Bobbie turns around and sees Roy. Bobbie asks Luke to let her speak privately with Roy. She says she's sorry for the dance last night. She doesn't want to send the wrong signals. They talk about their relationship and the sexual tension is overpowering. When things really heat up, Roy says if he was wild, he was really only wild about *her*. Jerry comes up behind Roy as Bobbie is mesmerized by his last comment. Jerry says "Hi Bobbie - who's your friend?" Bobbie tries to regain her composure.
Jason meets Elizabeth on the docks. She is enthusiastic about her art project for school. She wants Jason to help her decide what to draw - Lucky on the docks or Lucky playing his guitar. As they are having a good time growing closer, Carly watches from the shadows. When Elizabeth leaves, Carly approaches Jason and asks "what was that?" When he doesn't answer, she asks about how Sonny is doing. She is concerned that he is not acting normally. She says that you can't pretend to love someone you hate. A little bit of you dies every day. She thinks you can't fool someone you live with. It becomes obvious that she is talking about her and AJ. She thinks Hannah may see right through Sonny. Carly is afraid that Hannah will take down Jason as well as Sonny. Carly thinks Sonny is not using good judgment if he thinks he can outsmart the FBI. She believes that Jason is the one person he'd listen to. Jason won't get involved. AJ comes along and says "of course...of course you'd be with Jason." The sound of sirens gets louder.
