General Hospital Update for Friday, 29-Oct-1999

In a hotel room, Jax, Chloe, Ned and Alexis wait for Chloe's masseuse to arrive. When he arrives, Ned and Alexis leave. Jax watches as Chloe slips out of her robe and into a sheet and then lies down on a table. Jax goes to the door, slams it, and motions to the masseuse that he'll take over (after slipping him some cash). The masseuse leaves. Jax oils up Chloe's back. She comments on how strong his hands are. Jax thinks he has fooled her, but she knew it was him all along. Later, they engage in some kissing. Things heat up and Jax carries Chloe to bed. Outside, Gertrude is trying to open the doors around where Jax and Chloe are.

In Luke's office, he tells Felicia "that makes him less datable in my sister's estimation." (Roy?) (I missed the beginning of this scene) Luke tells Bobbie and Felicia that, after twenty years, Roy still feels like a brother. Bobbie thinks she sees through Luke. He would want her to date anyone to keep her away from Jerry. She leaves. Luke tells Felicia that he doesn't know how the last twenty years have changed Roy, but he does know that he was in prison for those years because he covered for Luke. Luke doesn't even remember why he took Laura up to Lookout Point.

On the docks, Sonny tells Sorel he's not interested in talking with him.

At Jason's, Carly tells him that they can't tell Sonny about Hannah. He loves her. Carly thinks they should let Hannah know that they know about her. Hopefully, she will disappear. Jason thinks they should give Sonny the information and let him decide what to do. Jason says it's not their choice to make. After Carly leaves, Jason moves slowly across the hall to Sonny's penthouse. He tells Johnny he can leave. Sonny wants to know why Jason wasn't with him for the meeting on the docks. Jason says he was tracing the leak. He talks very slowly and looks like he is ready to cry. He explains that he wanted to be sure before he said anything to Sonny, but now he knows that it is Hannah. Sonny replies that he trusts Jason, but he loves Hannah. He hopes that Jason is sure about Hannah, before he believes him. Jason says that Hannah is a fed. He has proof. Sonny remembers Hannah looking through his desk. Jason tells Sonny about the gun and how he's tailed Hannah. He also tells Sonny about the log he saw in Hannah's room. Jason gives Sonny and audio tape and leaves. Sonny gets tears in his eyes.

Outside Kelly's, Roy tells Laura he has spoken to Bobbie and Luke. After twenty years, he thought everything would look differently in Port Charles, but some things are still the same. Laura tells him that it took Bobbie a long time to get over losing him. Roy tells Laura that he thought she and Luke would get together. She is stunned. Luke didn't tell him that they were married and had two children? She asks if the subject even came up. Roy pauses. He answers that Luke was so busy asking questions that Roy didn't ask about him. Laura says that he's a gentleman. She tells him about Lucky and Lesley Lu. They talk about the night Roy was shot. He tells her how Luke brought him up to Lookout Point recently. They remember the night that Laura threw away Luke's keys up there. She didn't even know what was going on, but sensed trouble. Why did Roy take Luke's place? He thought he just ought to. Roy thinks that Laura saved his and Luke's life that night by throwing the keys. Laura must leave, but asks Roy to call her and kisses him goodbye. Carly comes along, tries to make some small talk with Roy and goes inside. Inside, she asks Hannah if Elizabeth is there. Hannah asks if Elizabeth is her new friend also. Carly watches Roy leave. She tells Hannah she talked to Prof. Bradburn. She asks if he is Hannah's ex. Hannah can't believe that Carly "just happened" to run into him. Carly says she didn't say that. Carly tells Hannah that she went to "Bradburn's" apartment. Hannah sarcastically remarks that she's glad they are friends. She tells Carly that she plans on being in Sonny's life for a long time. As Hannah leaves, Carly mumbles that plans change. Bobbie comes in and she and Carly exchange some antagonistic remarks. Jerry enters and he and Carly exchange more antagonistic remarks. Carly leaves.

Hannah meets Larkin on the docks. She is worried about Carly. Larkin thinks she's just an annoyance. Hannah tells him she's moving in with Sonny. When Larkin leaves, Mike comes along and asks Hannah if that was her San Diego boyfriend. Mike says he's worried that if Sonny sees him, he'll blow his top.

Later, on the docks, Sorel and Jerry discuss laundering money. When Jerry leaves, Roy comes along and introduces himself to Sorel. He says he just got released from Pentonville and was told to look him up. Sorel says he may have some work in his line for him.

Roy enters Luke's office. Luke introduces him to Felicia. Luke explains to Roy that Felicia's husband is the police commissioner and that he and Sonny are always at odds. After Roy leaves, Luke tells Felicia how Roy recently saved him from Faison. Felicia worries that someone is going to get shot. Luke want her out of it. Luke says this has become so much more than about Faison. Faison enters.

Jason is sitting on the floor of his apartment, looking sad. Carly arrives and realizes Jason wants to be alone. As she goes to leave, he grabs her arm and holds her.

Sonny listens to the tape of Hannah talking to the feds about him. Hannah gets off the elevator. He turns the tape off. She enters and asks about the voices she heard. He says "nobody but me." He smiles and says "I thought you'd never get here."
