General Hospital Update for Monday, 18-Oct-1999

Juan confronted his father along with the Quartermaines. The Quartermaines and Mr. Santiago proceeded to argue about who was at fault - Emily or Juan. Taggart referees and made them all realize it would be better to listen to what Juan and Emily had to say. Juan told his dad about wanting to stay in Port Charles to attend school. He told him Ned offered him a job with the record company cleaning floors--but also would teach him about the record business. His dad decided he would think about it after he had meetings at the school and with Ned. Juan and Emily steal a kiss, which Juan made a special trip back to the house for.

Jason caught Hannah in her lie about really not being at Sonny's the night the feds took him in. Jason told Carly about the lie and Carly showed Jason the gun she found in Hannah's room. Jason convinced Carly to give him the gun so he could return it to her room. He first copied the serial number from the gun to track it. Jason and Carly went to Kelly's to return the gun and were stopped by Mike outside. He told them Sonny and Hannah were busy upstairs--and they were passionately involved in her room. Before this though, they (Sonny & Hannah) had dinner with Mike at Kelly's. Mike and Hannah came up with an idea to cook Sonny dinner in Sonny's kitchen so he could see one did not have to be a clean freak to be a good cook.

Alexis offered her Cassadine millions to Jax to save Jerry. Ned especially tried to talk her out of this because of the danger she got into with Helena before. They all let Jax know how important he was to them and Alexis explained that he was her family along with Ned and Chloe and wanted him to have the money. He said he would consider it.

Bobby just missed seeing Roy--she did see the back of his head while standing on the docks with Jerry. She made a statement while looking at Roy that she was glad she didn't have to be alone on a night such as that night. Just as Jerry and Bobby left the docks, Roy turned around and left.

Chloe went up to Jax's room and they danced to music from Paris. Alexis and Ned had a romantic evening alone.

Felicia talked to Luke about being afraid Faison would try and frame them for Ari's murder on Helena's yacht. She also said she is afraid he will tell Mac about seeing them in Texas. She told Luke about not being able to sleep at night because of all the lies she has told Mac.
