General Hospital Update for Thursday, 15-Jul-1999

Jason packed up Michael's things and told Sonny he was taking off for a while. He said there were too many memories of his family, Michael and Carly. Sonny told him running away wouldn't help but knew he had to find out for himself. Meanwhile, Bobbie visited Carly in the Rose Garden. Carly admitted that she wasn't happy with her life. The hospital beeped her and Bobbie had to go. Carly showed up at the penthouse and called Jason a liar and said she hated him. She said he was abandoning her and Michael. Jason said he will never do that. Carly told him she believed AJ more than him and said she was going to give AJ the life Jason could've had. Jason walked out. After seeing the elevator doors close with Jason inside, Carly cried and said "I'm sorry" and "please don't go." They saw each other again downstairs but said nothing. Jason rode off on his motorcycle.

Luke and Felicia remained trapped in the Quatermaine crypt in Oyster Bay. Mac asked Edward and Lila for any information that may help him find Felicia. After Mac left, Edward assured Lila he had nothing to do with the disappearance of Luke and Felicia. Later Tony told Mac about the skulls he had examined.

Over a romantic dinner, Laura told Stefan she was leaving the country house. Stefan invited her to stay permanently. She said she was leaving the house but not him.

Juan accepted a job from Sorel. Later Emily showed up and explained why she had to leave with Jason. Juan said he thought Jason saw him as "competition" for Sonny's attention. Later, Sorel overheard Sonny telling Juan he was sending him home.

Sonny and Hannah talked about their breakup and ended up kissing and making up.
