At Jax's apartment, Jax and Alexis banter about their sleeping arrangements. Jax leaves and Stefan arrives to taunt Alexis about her sudden marriage and to warn her against going after the Cassadine empire. Alexis tells him she's through with all things Cassadine, and wonders about the convenience of Helena's illness. Stefan glowers and tells her she'll be dealt with if she tries anything against the family. Jax walks in and says, "That's no way to talk to my wife." They snarl at each other through fake smiles, then Stefan leaves, saying, "You've been warned." Jax and Alexis then make plans to go to the second 98degrees concert at Jake's later.
At an outside table at Kelly's, Liz comes out to none-too-happily wait on Katherine. Katherine asks her to sit and proceeds to "gently point out" that Nik has been spending so much time worrying about Liz & Em that his own feelings are being neglected. Meow! The claws come out. Liz rises to the challenge, telling Katherine that as far as she can see, her and Emily's "only crime seems to be that we're in his same age group." She tells Katherine to take her problems to Nik, not her. Nik arrives on cue and Liz stalks off back inside. Nik doesn't like Kat's explanation and tells her that helping Liz is helping him. She asks him to come with her to a play that night; he says he has plans. "Let me guess, with Elizabeth." Nik says he doesn't want to fight. Kat says "me too, so…" and leaves.
Nik waits for Liz. She says maybe Katherine was partly right, but that she doesn't like being scolded by "your…whatever she is." Nik says that Kat doesn't understand about Lucky. They say how much they still miss him and then they hold hands across the table. Emily flounces over, Liz teases her about waiting for someone. Nik says, "Not that Juan!?" Shortly, Juan arrives and says he can get them in to see the 98degrees show tonight.
Kat goes to see Helena at Wyndemere. She boots the nurse out of the room and says lovingly, "How did it come to this, dear Helena?" She tells Helena that she is impressed that Stefan is doing this for her, that she expected him to ship her off to a nursing home. Stefan enters, saying he's glad his mother has a friend to visit. He says he is doing what he must. He says, "Helena can comprehend everything but is powerless to do anything." To me, Katherine suddenly looked suspicious of Stef at this point.
Inside Kelly's Tony is at the counter. Bobbie tells him Lucas really misses and loves him. She asks him to come by the brownstone to visit with Lucas. Tony is ecstatic. Felicia and Mac are at another table, Felicia evades all questions about Luke and Oyster Bay. Mac tells her he is still bugged by the tape recording that sounds like Faison, but that he will get to the bottom of it.
At Luke's, Faison comes by to give Luke a prepayment for diamond smuggling and asks for some specifics of Luke's plan. All Luke will say is that he'll do it by boat. Faison looks frustrated, gives Luke his European phone number, and sulks out. Luke puts the number in the envelope with the cash and puts it in the safe - and takes the two skulls out. Felicia enters and moans about what they're doing. There's a knock at the door. Felicia hides under the desk with the two skulls (she held them to her chest and the camera panned in so they looked like two giant boobs -- it was pretty comical). It's Mac, who asks for Luke's help re: an international diamond fence called "The Gardener" - he wonders if Sonny has anything to do with it. Luke plays dumb but seems interested when Mac says he thinks the fence is a really bad dude. Felicia comes out, whining about keeping secrets from Mac, only to jump back under the desk, with skulls, when there's another knock. It's Tony. Felicia comes out of hiding and explains that they got the skulls from a crypt and need to know how they died. Can Tony please help and ask no questions? Unbelievably, Tony takes the skulls (in a bag) and agrees to get the forensic info. Felicia whines AGAIN about what they're doing (get over it, girl) and Luke vows that he won't tell anyone what they find out, and that he won't let any harm ever come to her.
At Jake's, Bobbie is telling Jerry about letting Tony come see Lucas. Jerry says fine with him, so long as Tony and Bobbie don't get back together. Bobbie says that's as likely as "their Nurses Ball video winning an oscar." Jerry sees Jax come in and says he can't believe that his brother is wearing a wedding ring!
Over at the teens' table, Emily freaks when she sees a flunkie of Moreno, who "is my brother's enemy." Juan wants to know if he's Sonny's enemy too; Emily says yes. Em and Nik tell Liz and Juan to ignore the guy. Juan goes to get their drinks and on the way picks up the guy's jacket and tells him it was on the floor. The guy says thanks, and comments that his wallet is still there and Juan says, "Hey, I'm not a thief." The guy says, "I guess not," and, weirdly, gives Juan a cash reward. (For picking up a jacket? I wish!)
That's it for Thursday.
