General Hospital Update for Thursday, 15-Apr-1999

Okay, here are the comings and goings of General Hosptial for the day.
Jax and Alexis are still stuck in the desert, and are trying to reassure themselves and each other that help is really on the way. As the cold night gets the better of Jax, he snuggles with Alexis under the blanket for warmth. Meanwhile, Ned & V are worrying in Egypt, unable to get any response on the radio. When Jerry stops in between jaunts in the plane, he and Ned have a spat, then he calls Bobbie. Later, Alexis almost gives up hope when a sandstorm starts, and wonders if she has ruined her life over her obsession with destroying Helena. As Jax is telling her what's what, the radio springs to life. Back in Egypt, V, Ned, are worried about the storm (which is to last 48 hours), but Jerry remains cool.
At Kelly's, Mike and Sonny run into each other and have (yet another) argument about their relationship and the role Mike should or shouldn't play in Sonny's life.
Mac and Felicia mope about missing each other while the females are in Texas, and Mac has to cheer up the girls as well about leaving.
Jason arrives at the Q's mansion to find Carly and Michael playing together, only to have Laticia quickly come and take his boy away. Carly then gets in Jason's face to 'warn him about Hannah', to have him berate her for basically being an idiot and insult her (like she so richly deserves). After he leaves, Carly is in a rage when AJ walks in to announce his departure for a few days on business.
At Luke's, Luke and Hannah are talking about Carly when Felicia walks in to say goodbye, as she is leaving for Texas with Maxie and Georgie. As a parting gift, he gives her a homemade tape of 40's songs, and a quick kiss, then is in a daze after she leaves. Hannah finally shakes him out of it, only to ask about what the deal with Sonny is. Brushed off by Luke, she is noticably more interested when Sonny drops by, but when Jason also arrives, 'accidentally' trips, pulling him down too.
Laura walks in to find her three children playing happily with an old turban of Lucky's, then gets teary when Lucky presents her with a picture Liz drew of the flowers she donated to Valentine's day. They also have a touching exchange about how Lucky learned about love from her and Luke.
Lucky, Emily, and Nicolas arrive at Kelly's for the dinner Liz was cooking with extra food, expecting another disaster. She fools Lucky into thinking salad was the entire meal, then discloses she knew about the food all along. After dinner, they talk about always being friends and where L&L will live in NY, as Liz brings out fresh pretzels. For dessert, they have brownies as Emily's mom used to, giving each other the first bite along with a wish.
Bobbie waits at Luke's for Carly (a popular place today), meaning to give her wayward child another chance. However, once there, Carly does her usual song and dance about being abandoned and having no one on her side, then gets catty when Hannah appears. Bobbie doesn't take it, and leaves her daughter in a snit. Later, Carly invites Hannah to take it outside, and words soon come to blows.
