General Hospital Update for Friday, 12-Feb-1999

Well- I think I will attempt a quicker-than-normal summary here because not too many really new issues appeared in this show.

1. Jax/Alexis: He thinks that she is unsure. She denies it, but in the ad for next Monday, she proves him right by trying to settle with Stefan.

2. Alexis/Sonny: Sonny arrives while Jax is still talking to Alexis. They stare each other down (is this old to anyone else yet?) and then Sonny convinces Alexis to take on Jason's case out of owing him for being Tony's lawyer in his kidnapping trial.

3. Bobbie/Luke: Bobbie convinces Luke to keep Kelly's open and complains about Carly.

4. Bobbie/Jerry: Make out city. Not much actual conversation.

5. Liz/Emily: Prepare for Lucky's arrival by decorating Liz's house from ceiling to floor in V-day decor.

6. Lucky/Nik/Laura: Share some time together before Lulu wakes from her nap. Lucky escapes to be with Liz. Nik talks about not knowing what love is.

7. Laura talks to Lulu about love and how it can be great and not-so-great.

8. Carly/Ed/AJ: Carly has now made it clear to the audience that it is all an act. She wants Jason to come back and save her. Edward tries to make it seem like she is already becoming part of the family. AJ tries to reassure her. She just looks more and more stupid.

Decent show, especially when Sonny shows up in Carly's room at the very end! Find myself yelling at that point!
