General Hospital Update for Friday, 22-Jan-1999

Today was kind of a bland day. Here is a quick synopsis of what happened:

A.J. and Ned had their usual chest-thunping conversation with one another. However, this time Ned actually worried A.J. into thinking that Edward might actually be using him.

Carly told Bobbie the truth about Michael's paternity. Bobbie reacted quite negatively and pissed Carly off. Bobbie wished Jason good luck in the matter. Jason was a bit peeved that Carly spilled the beans to Bobbie in the first place.

Sonny warned Jason that Carly could be the reason he might lose custody of Michael in the end. They were on the docks looking for a warehouse to house the new legal venture that they are doing to make themselves look legitimate.

Liz and Lucky were in Lucky's apartment, when Nikolas and Emily stopped by (separately). Nik wanted to take everyone to dinner. Lucky had other ideas for him and Lizzie and Emily wanted to do homework (for obvious reasons). Nik took Emily home, Liz told Lucky what she knew about the happennings at Em's birthday fiasco and then Lucky told Liz that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.

At the Q mansion, Nik apologized to Emily about the slight indiscretion that he did. She and he reiterated that their friendship was important. Then Kat walked in and announced that she was moving to the Port Charles Hotel. Nik wished her well (in front of Emily) and then had Emily escort him to the door so that he would not be around Kat.

At the island, Stefan wooed Laura, they ate, they remembered the happy times in Greece, and then they made out.

LUKE IS BACK! Luke made a phone call in German and English and pretended to be a Cassadine accountant and inquired about the Cassadine holdings.

All in all, not bad.
