General Hospital Update for Wednesday, 13-Jan-1999

Well folks, two questions could sum up today's show. The first would have to be "What about Robin?" because that is what Sonny, Jason, Robin, Mac, and Felicia all discussed. The other one would be "What about Damian?" which was the topic that Dara, Taggart, and NuJustus talked about.

Robin is fuming and it shows. She is making snide remarks to Jason every chance she gets. She practically got on her hands and knees and begged St. Sonny de Porto Carlos to intervene on her behalf. Felicia told Mac to keep his injured self out of it because Robin needed a safe place. Gosh darnit- Felicia rocks! Sonny and Jason were discussing the entire issue when Taggart arrived and gave his chest-thumping speech, which included the info that NuJustus was running for DA. St. Sonny and Jason discussed that the idea of a Moreno-run DA was bad. No duh.

Dara and Taggart threatened to use the Damian murder card against NuJustus during the campaign. He indicated that that would be a bad idea since he could show that they covered the whole thing up and were guilty of wrong-doing also. Taggart threatend NuJustus that he was watching (is he Big Brother or what?) and that the second mob money entered his campaign, he'd have his NuBooty in jail.

I should mention that Tony asked Felicia to sign a petition on his behalf to get custody of Lucas. She declined, he got pissy, started yelling, Mac intervened and said that Tony has worn out his welcome when he did everyone a favor and locked Robin away (oops- did I say that?) and almost let her die.

I should also say that Alan and Monica had a meal together. It was pleasant. They had the same conversation they have whenever they are on together. Except this time, Alan heard that AJ and Edward are getting chummier and began to worry that the geezer was up to something.

Previews looked good. Laura tells Sonny that Luke dumped her like a bad habit, AJ continues to woo Carly, and Robin tells Jason that things have got to change and he agrees.
