General Hospital Update for Wednesday, 23-Dec-1998

This is my first update so forgive me if I ramble on a bit.

Today on General Hospital:

The show started off with Stefan talking to Laura while Luke went to Jerry and Bobbie's place to confront Jerry about working for Stefan and Felica talking (crying) to Mac.

Cut to Carly greeting Jason with a rather big hug, after which he tells her that they are moving back to the penthouse since it is safer than the cottage. (Can we say happy Carly?) Carly agrees to pack some clothes for her, Michael and Robin after she tells him that Robin has been spending most of her time either at the hospital or her uncle's house. Jason tells her that Sonny is coming back to Port Charles.

Cut to Luke telling Jerry that if he doesn't tell Bobbie the truth that he will.

Cut to Laura flattering Stefan on what a wonderful job he did raising Nicolas. She opens his gift to find a picture of Nicolas when he was six. (cute) Stefan tries to get Laura to come with him to his castle for Christmas but she says no.

Jason goes to the hospital to tell Mike to go to Sonny with the usual warnings.

Felica is still crying and tells Mac what has been going on. Then he squeezes her hand and basicaly asks if she ever stops talking. Felica then gives him thousands of kisses. (I do mean thousands)

Luke goes home to Laura only to tell her that he is leaving her. She is shocked and tells him that she wants him to stay but he says that he won't. He also calls their marrage a rotting corpse. She starts to cry and talk about love then tells him to go. But she doesn't want him to tell the truth about Nicolas but Luke says that he should tell the whole world.

Cut to Jerry telling Bobbie the whole story about him working for Stefan. He even tells her that Luke was the one who loosened the railing. Then he asks if he has lost her.

Cut to Luke walking out on Laura. (Merry Christmas)

Carly and Jason go to the penthouse where she gives a veiled threat about not turning his back on her or Michael.

Bobbie and Jerry talk about trust and honesty. She blows a gasket when she sees his gift until she opens the very nice jewerly box only to find candy. Jerry promises to do much better from now on. Then they kiss. (Rated about a 19 on a scale to 1 to 10)

Luke shows up at Alexis's while Laura and her daughter show up at Stefan's. Stefan looks very shocked to see her and the close up on Laura face makes her look like she about to break down and cry again.
