General Hospital Update for Tuesday, 1-Dec-1998

Bobby and Carly are in the cottage, and Carly is showing Bobby some patterns and decorating stuff for Michael's room. Bobby says: I'm really surprised that Robin let you redecorate. Carly responds: Who asked Robin? Her opinion is not going to count for much longer!

Meanwhile Jason and Michael are in the bike shop [mommy was too busy shopping] and Johnny from the organization come in and asks Jason for help. He says that there's trouble in Moreno-land.

Felicia just having had a drink with the dealer thinks she's so smart and pretends to take the pill with her drink, but really palms it. She's pretending to be cool when the dealer tells her he spiked her drink too. He wants to go for a ride with her, but she gets scared and somehow gets Alan to cover for her, so the dealer leaves...this time. She tells Alan that she's starting to feel the effects of the drug.

Mike comes into the shop and tells Jason not to meet Moreno, not to make it his problem. Jason tells Mike that it is his problem, he and Moreno made a deal that Jason's people would not be touched, and now Moreno is breaking his word. He has to straighten things out before things get out of control.

Carly tells Bobby that she plans to move back into the penthouse with Jason and Michael. Bobby tells Carly that she needs a reality check! Jason is NOT going to move away from Robin, he loves Robin! Carly says that since Robin left for Europe, Jason has been so happy, and he hasn't been faking it. She says that Jason and Robin are over, they just don't know it yet!

V informs Ned that she has great news: she made him a booking. Ned says no way, I'm through with singing. V tells him she's resigning if he doesn't sing, so Ned agrees. [Yay!] Jax enters and he stars making fun of Ned when V informs him that Ned will be making his debut at Jake's, the biker bar.

Alan asks Felicia how she's feeling and tells her that she just took a mild hallucinogen. She's really queasy and spinning and she asks Alan to drive her home. Meanwhile, the dealer calls Moreno on his cell and tells him that it's not going down today. Moreno says if you can't get it down, he'll find someone else. The dealer tells Moreno that the commissioner's wife doesn't suspect whom he's working for, she just thinks he's a guy who likes to party, and that he'll get her the next time.

Jason and Carly are about to go on their hike with Michael when Justus, who by the way works for Moreno, comes in with a message. Justus tells Jason, as a friend, that it would be wise for him to stay away, to let it go, and that his deal doesn't fly anymore. Jason assures Justus that he will retaliate. As soon as Justus leaves, Jason takes out his gun and loads it. We then hear Michael crying from upstairs, Jason feels guilty, and unloads and puts the gun away.

Alan brings Felicia home and lets her in. He offers to stay until she gets better, but she says there would be no way for her to explain why he's there. Bobby later comes in, and Felicia tells her she has a migraine, so nurse gets her a cold cloth.

There's some more bantering between Jax and Ned, who are friends yet enemies. Jax asks Ned when the next ELQ board meeting is, and then tells V that he has every intention of double crossing Ned, and Ned knows it. They're competitors, and this is all a game.

Carly questions Jason on why Justus came over and Jason answers: business.
C: You can tell me, you miss the business, the thrill, the rush that makes you feel alive. You can tell me everything, I'm not going to judge you.
J: I was nothing before. Since I met Sonny, he took the time to teach me things, how to run the business, how to read people. One of the things he taught me was that if you're not powerful, you're powerless. Moreno thinks I'm powerless, but I'm not.
C: Don't you want to go back?
J: You just miss having a driver, don't you? [This was the best line today, and Jason said it with such a straight face!...Maybe I'm not doing it justice]
C: Think about yourself, and the thrill that you want. You're pretending to be happy, but you're not.

Felicia is feeling a little better, and Mac and the girls come in, and they have a cute little snuggly huggy scene with all of them.

Moreno is talking to the dealer again and tells him that he failed him once more. He's going to give him one last shot: get the commissioner's wife to him, high, and no screwups! Justus comes over and tells Moreno that he warned Jason to stay put. Moreno says: Good, if Morgan interferes in my business again, I'll have him removed.
