I was hoping to get a more exciting episode the first time writing a summary, but that's ok...can't have everything, so here goes, scene by scene:
On the docks, Bobby and Luke are talking about Jerry, Bobby's saying how disappointed she and Lucas are by Jerry's bailing out of their Caribbean vacation. Then they talk about Tony's custody case: Bobby tells Luke that Monica is thinking about reinstating Tony at GH and the minute he gets old job back, he's going to sue for Lucas' custody. Furthermore, Bobby tells Luke how Tony is trying to get on Stefan's good side and all along, trying to shine up his image. [In reality, Tony is getting info for Stefan about Katherine and her 'neurological troubles'.]
Meanwhile, in Monte Carlo, Simon tells V that there must have been a huge misunderstanding, he COULDN'T have given her all those gifts and the money... Simon and Jax then decide to take on a high-stakes game in which no wager is under a million. [Boy do I feel like a cheapskate bringing only $10 to the casino and splurging on the $.25 slot machines.]
Mac once again tells Felicia how worried he is about her hanging out on the bad side of town. Felicia once again says she'll be all right, and then actually goes over to Courtland Street for her meeting with Alan and the dealer. Alan introduces Felicia as "Fern", but realizes that he does not even know the dealer's name. Of course, the dealer does not disclose this fact anyway when asked.
Still in Monte Carlo, Ned refrains from playing in Jax's game, telling Alexis that it is Jax's night and as soon Jax regains his fortune, Ned will go after it himself. Simon wins the hand, of course, and Jax exposes him as a cheat, pulling out the card from Simon's sleeve.
The four teenagers of Port-Charles are in the police station talking to Taggert about Em's and Liz's case. Liz expresses how much she hates that it is her word against Tom's and Em explains why she has to continue modeling, (because her agent will sue Edward otherwise).
Taggert lets her know that she should lay low, because in fact, due to Tom's crime, her career has skyrocketed. Therefore, she should stay focused on not letting the public forget how Tom made her suffer. We all know that Liz won't be able to testify about the rape during Emily's trial due to insufficient evidence. Taggert promises he will keep looking for evidence, however, in the meantime Liz says the only way to get him is for her to talk to Tom alone.
Obviously, Lucky does not agree. Liz says she can handle it, but Lucky says he doesn't want Tom on the planet with her. Liz tells him to trust her, she has to do this, that Tom took something away from her, and that she has to take it back. Tom once had all the power, now she wants to have it. She has to do it on her own, and she says she's strong. [Wow.... great writing in this scene] Lucky has no doubt she is strong, but he adds that she's stubborn. ;)
Back on the docks, Bobby questions Stefan on why he was talking to Tony, then questions Luke on what is the current problem between him and Stefan. She reminds Luke that Laura loves him very much and advises him not to let Stefan into their marriage. She tells him to keep focused on what really counts: wife and kids.
On Courtland Street, Felicia is trying to make friends with the nice dealer. He leaves upon giving her his number and says to call "when you figure out what you want."
Jax exposes Simon and he is asked to leave. Jax allows him to stay for one more hand: "Let's conduct an experiment- new game, my luck against Simon's." V is shocked, she asks Jax if he's insane, after all, he just won a mill! Jax answers that he won only by default, he wants to see if his luck holds out, he wants to feel alive.
Liz meets with Tom, and she's scared but strong. The jerk talks to her about how she looked the night of the rape, in her red dress, and basically tells her she asked for it. Then, two seconds later, denies the whole thing by using the infamous "Not a Word" line. Liz later tells Lucky that she's going to nail Tom no matter how long she has to fight. Lucky tells her they'll fight together.
Felicia proudly tells Mac that she's becoming a Courtland St. regular [is this a good thing?], that she's folding into the neighborhood, and that she's going to have tons of material for her book. Immediately, we flash to the dealer meeting with his boss- remember Moreno? He tells Moreno that he just realized who "Fern" is: police commissioner's wife. It's Moreno's lucky day.
Ned and Alexis go upstairs and have sex.
Jax is on the losing end of things: in the end, he agrees to put up Brenda's bracelet that she won from the Sultan of Something, and the scene ends without us seeing if he won the hand or not. [Stay tuned for tomorrow]
