~Monica tells AJ where Jason and Robin are living [bren's cottage].  AJ
warns her not to get her hopes up for big changes in Jason's
attitude towards the Q's.

~Robin and Jason pack away Bren's stuff for Jax to look at later.  They
discuss Carly's son and how he will be walking soon.  Robin explains
to Jason [again *yawn*] that the cottage makes her feel closer to
Bren.  Bobbie comes over with a sled for her grandson.  She thinks the
cottage is great.

~Mac and Alexis pace and wonder when Jax will show up.  He shows
up at the last minute.  Mac tells Alexis 'I told you so' and she breathes
a sigh of relief.  The Fedman tells Jax that he can walk away free, with
the house in Alaska for his mom and some stock if he testifies
against his brother and father.  Jax says he'll consider it and leaves
with Alexis.

~Bobbie asks about Carly's release date and 'where will Carly and
her son be living?' since there is no way Carly will live with Robin.
Jason says he won't even bother thinking about it until Carly gets
out.  Bobbie suggests joint custody but Jason is quick to shoot down
any compromises or reasonable ideas.  Bobbie points out the Carly
will disrupt everything when she returns but Jason brushes her
off and leaves the room to get his nephew.  Robin tells Bobbie that
if Jason doesn't want to deal with it he won't and Bobbie points
out that they are sitting in a mine field.  Bobbie is holding her
grandson when Monica enters uninvited.

~Alexis advises that Jax grabs as much capital as possible and
live in exile, but Jax says no.  She tells him there is nothing he
can do to save his family from being convicted.  Mac apologizes
profusely to Jax and Jax tells him no apologies are necessary.  Mac
tells him that no matter what Jax does, the evidence against Jerry
and John is so strong they will be convicted.

~Ned surprises Alexis in her hotel room.  She quickly forgives him
for getting in with a pass key and they kiss.

~Jason thanks Bobbie for the sled and she wastes no time in
informing Monica 'accidently' that their grandson stayed
the night with her.  Bobbie leaves and Monica grovels for the
chance to babysit her grandson some day.  Alan barges in without
a knock, totally strung out bearing a potted plant.  Jason orders
him out, so does Monica and he finally leaves.  Monica apologizes
for Alan and promises to call first before she visits again and
leaves.  Jason orders Robin to never let Edward, Alan or AJ near
AJ's son.   Robin tries to argue in favor of AJ but agrees.  Jason
bemoans the absense of guards to keep the riffraff away.

~Ned and Alexis discuss Jax and Ned hopes to get his hands on
Jax's  10% of ELQ.

~V visits Jax and offers her help doing anything.  Jax asks
her just to be his friend and tells her of the deal the Fed's
offered.  He thanks her for being a true friend and says he
can never repay her.

~Robin and Jason discuss their plans for the future--just the 3 of them.

~Monica returns home and reads Alan the riot act, he tries to guilt
her out but she just keeps reaming away at him.  He reminds
her nastily that she's not Jason's 'real' [read biological] mother.
She tells him one more screw up and she is throwing him out.
He blows her off and walks out.  AJ enters and they discuss
Alan's odd behavior and the viewers see that finally someone
is wondering if Alan is using.

~Ned tries to talk Alexis into working for ELQ again and Alexis
starts undressing.  Their discusssions are tabled for more
pleasant activities.

~V argues both sides of the deal for Jax but can't advise him
on what to do.  She gets paged and returns to work.  Jax looks
off into space fingering Bren's ruby bracelet.
