Ned started the day by letting into KatyBell (my hero) and
questioning her motives for leeching her way into the Q
domicile. Before things could get too heavy, Nik entered
and busted it up.

Nikolas came to play catch up with KatyBell and to find out
why she turned against his uncle to join forces with Helena.
Kat explained that Helena did such a fine job of taking
care of her, and with no ulterior motives, that how could
she not be grateful?

Kat also took the time to point out Stefan's obession
with Laura just might have something to do with her
cooled ardor, and suggested Nik probe around that
relationship.

Em was happy to see Nik there when she came home,
but disappointed to see it was Kat who he was
visiting. She had a little problem to discuss. Nik
finished his Kathy-chat and met with Emily on the
terrace.

Emily hemmed around and told Nik she was short
on cash, but didn't want the family to think she
was immature; he took the hint and offered, but
demanded to know the whys of it when she said
she needed 20k.

She spilled and showed him the doctored nudies
of herself (her head Photoshopped onto another
body). He promised to help her find out who the
blackmailer was.

Ned returned and spied Kat watching the teens, and
accused Kat of being a spy herself. Just concerned
about Nik, she said. (The Huffy, Puffy Chest Heave
made a few appearances. Woo-hoo.) Kinda like
the way she was concerned about how Jax's legal
difficulties might affect the Q family's finances.

If Jax gets convicted, his 10% stock will go
up for sale, but, Ned warned, don't get ideas -
the Q family gets first crack.

Kat offered Ned some dirt on Alexis; he declined.

Liz traveled to Lucky's boxcar to drop off domestics and
fret about his future. No probs, Lucky told her, his job
working for Jason was going to pay his way into a real
apartment. Just then, his boss stopped by to tell him
of his new, mob-free life and to give Lucky a serverance
envelope. He also offered Lucky a new job in the garage,
and split.

Later, Lucky started writing his own new job description,
which included getting the garage online. They went off
to look at apts., then later came back to speculate over
their future and get stars in their eyes.

Bobbie made a jailhouse visit to vent at Jerry for putting
her and Lucas in their present situation. He swore till he
was prison-blue in the face that hurting Lucas (and his mom)
was never in the plan, and challenged her to trash his name
to her son and get it over with.

He went onto explain how the Jacks family got into the
laundrymat business and was ready to give her the
whole history, but Bobbie asked to to keep it to
Port Charles relevance. He listed his sins, including
whys of setting the warehouse fire that he rescued
Lucas from.

Bobbie kept surprisingly cool, said she wasn't going to
tell Lucas anything, that she wanted Jerry himself
to say 'goodbye' to her son, and that she would
decide *if and when Jerry would see Lucas again.*
Jacks was amazed that the fat lady wasn't singing.

Later, Bobbie stopped by Filicia and Mac's place, to
wonder at why she cared so much that she couldn't
turn her back and ask advice. Nowhere among Filly's
advices were the words "run," "run," or "run."

Justus testily answered Jason's summons to his
penthouse, to further answer the charges of selling
out the Jacks family. Justus told his cousin to be
grateful about who he didn't give up any info about.
Jason was less than grateful, and warned that
Moreno wouldn't stand for such crap if Justus
were to try it with his future boss. Ward walked
out.

THIS WEEK LAST YEAR:

Brenda ordered Jason to remove all of the non-wedding
gifts from the hotel bridal suite, then proceeded to
mourn her and Sonny's relationship via flashback heaven.

Jax was at the Malibu Dream house with V. for a guest, trying
to get over Brenda and not be around for the wedding.

Alexis was freaked out over the idea that Stefan and
Kat shared the evening in his bed; he promised his half-sister
that he had had no sexual relations with the woman who
he, at that time, thought was his half-sister.
