HARDY HOUSE - Lizās Bedroom

Liz is painting another picture for Luckyās ĪTVä when he knocks at her window. She asks him where heās been, he says just working... He tells her that he still finds himself in the park sometimes, near the fountain, and sometimes itās just a fountain and other times he can see her sitting there in her red dress, all alone, unprotected, and it kills him all over again. Liz tells him she didnāt realize the park affected him this way. He tells her that tonight he was in the park, when his dad found him. He told her that his father is leaving town and he doesnāt know if he is ever coming back.
Later Liz brings in a plate of brownies. She tells Lucky that she took some over to the boxcar yesterday - he wasnāt there, but she saw the newspapers, the trial coverage. He admits that he has a morbid curiosity about it. Heās tried not to make it matter, but Nik came by, worried that Luke would hurt Laura because she testified for Stefan. Lucky tells Liz that he went to check on his mom, that his parents had a fight, but his mom seemed OK and his dad hasnāt been home since. He tells Liz that his father told him he was proud of him and that heās taken credit for teaching Lucky how to find his own way - as if the whole nightmare was just supposed to be some growth experience for him. Liz wonders what bother him the most about his dad leaving. He says he wonāt miss running into him at the docks or in the park, but with his dad gone, the whole thing feels unfinished. Liz understands; he wonāt have anyone to hate anymore.
She feels the same way. She tells him that when they thought Murty was her rapist she could just focus all of her anger and hate in one place and now her rapist is some anonymous guy who sheāll never find. Lucky thinks it is good that his dad is gone, especially for his mom. Liz thinks Laura could some support from Lucky right about now. He tells her she is relentless.... Lucky tells her he needs to go, then as he approaches the window, asks if she could maybe crash in her room again. She tells him she always keeps his bedding handy, just in case.

Jason carries Robin over to the front of Lukeās. He is visibly shaken; she is still unconscious, but is breathing. Ned calls 911. - Inside the Club -
Taggert tries to question Jason and Robin about the car bombing, asking if they saw anything suspicious. Mac asks Jason why he ran to Robin. His reply: ćInstincts.ä Taggert starts going off on Jason and Mac stops him, saying they can continue in the morning. Alexis interjects that the Jasonās questioning should continue. Robin asks for privacy w/ Mac. Mac wants her to come home w/ him after she goes to the hospital, but Robin says no. She asks him not to go to the hospital w/ her either, because he will just fight w/ Jason and that is the last thing she needs right now. Mac reluctantly agrees, but tells her that Jason has some explaining to do tomorrow. Mike offers to take Robin and Jason to the hospital. Em tells Jason she is glad he is alright; he apologizes for scaring her. Nik takes Em home. Brenda tells Robin that she will stop by the penthouse tomorrow. Jax and Brenda are the last ones at the club and Brenda wants to know where Jerry went when he left the club earlier. She thinks he could be responsible for the explosion, since he has targeted Jason before. Jax agrees that Jerry could be responsible, but wants to still give him the benefit of the doubt. Brenda is afraid she is right about Jerry. Jax feels partially responsible for what happened to Robin, since he did bring her back to Port Charles. He tells Brenda that he realizes that he doesnāt know Jerry as well as he thought and if Jerry is the one responsible for the bombing, he will turn Jerry in to the police himself.

the HOSPITAL

Jason is waiting for Robin to finish being checked out. Mike tells him that he checked in w/ the penthouse and all of his cars have been checked - all is safe. Mike asks him what he will do now. Jason tells him it doesnāt matter whoās fault it was, it only matters what he does about it. Robin approaches them, telling Jason that she is fine - no concussion, no broken bones. As soon as the cut on her forehead heals, theyāll never that it happened.. He thanks Mike to all of his help and Mike tells him that he will stop by tomorrow. Jason tells him to call first, since he will be screening all visitors. Jason hugs Robin and they leave.

PC GRILLE

Bobbie and Jerry are finishing their meal. Bobbie ćaccusesä Jerry of being extravagant, that part of the reason he does everything is to be noticed. He tells her the only things that are important to him are fun and money and she is the only person he is trying to impress.
He asks her again if she wants to go up to his room, for a nightcap, but she declines. She has kept the sitter 2 hours late and needs to get home. They start to kiss each other goodnight, but are interrupted by Jax and Brenda, who ask Bobbie what time Jerry asked her to dinner; she tells them 10pm. Bobbie leaves and Jax and Brenda tell him about the car bomb explosion at Lukeās that almost killed Robin. They ask him to account for his whereabouts from the minute he left Lukeās to picking up Bobbie.
He tells them he called Bobbieās house and the sitter told him that she was at work. He came over the Grille to make a deal w/ the maitreād to keep the restaurant open late. Then he made some business calls from his room and went to pick up Bobbie at the hospital. He seems a bit peeved at their assumptions and tells them that he has done some stupid things, but murder isnāt one of them. Brenda admits that she actually believes Jerry is telling the truth. He tells them that all of the events of his evening can be verified and Jax assures him that they will be. Jerry tries to guilt trip Jax, by telling him that neither of them knows each other as well as they both thought. After Jerry leaves, Brenda tells Jax that if it wasnāt Jerry, then the person could still be out there and they may never to be able to keep Robin safe.

SCORPIO RESIDENCE

Mac returns home and finds Felicia asleep on the couch. As he sits down on the couch, she wakes up. She asks him about the concert. He tells her that Brendaās new discovery didnāt show and Ned filled in. She wonders if he and Robin had a fight, since he looks so upset. He tells her that he told Robin that heād try to t accept her life with Jason, then he starts recounting the events of the car bombing. He tells her about Jason and Robin leaving Lukeās together, then how Em ran out after Jason, so Robin walked to the limo by herself . Since this scenario is so similar to the way Lily died, Felicia at first thinks Robin is dead. Mac tells her she isnāt dead, but it was very close. He tells her he felt helpless, because he was too far away to do anything, but close enough to watch the car explode. Felicia tries to comfort Mac, who is sorry that he didnāt keep Robin safe, that he ever agreed to accept her relationship for Jason.
He tells Felicia that she would have been proud of him. He was the dutiful commissioner and good uncle - he watched as his niece left the place where she was almost killed with the man who almost killed her. But isnāt that what Felicia wanted? For him to leave Robin alone and let her live her own life? Felicia feels that itās useless to alienate themselves from Robinās life, because they donāt approve of Jason. Mac realizes that Robin wonāt leave Jason. He tells Felicia that what is useless is not doing anything to protect Robin. Felicia responds, tears in her eyes: ć..because your wife asked you not to..ä
Mac apologizes for taking out his frustrations on Felicia. She says she thought she knew the situation, but she was naive. She shouldāve supported Macās efforts to keep Robin and Jason apart, then maybe Robin wouldnāt have been in such a rush to move in w/ Jason. Mac knows now that they couldnāt have prevented it and wonāt be able to stop it from happening in the future. Mac realizes that Robin needs to leave Jason on her own. They both admit they are scared for Robin and donāt know how to protect her.

JUSTUSā PENTHOUSE

Monica is uncomfortable with Justus behavior. Justus tells Monica that Ned probably left out a few details - like that Damian Smith broke into Ward House with the intention of burning it down. He caught Damian and meant just to stop him, not to kill him, but the fire was blazing. He tried to get Damian out, but couldnāt. He tells her about pulling the fire alarm, how Luke told him that Laura and 2 kids were inside the house. He intended to confess, but let himself be convinced - no he chose to let an innocent woman stand trial for a crime he committed and he even defended her. He destroyed his own integrity and now, lives in his very own little hell. Monica hears the tape player in her purse shut off and Justus asks her about the noise.
She covers by saying that she mustāve bumped into a CD case on his desk. He picks up the case and tells Monica how he always wanted to do Mary Mae proud, but he wonders what she would think of him now, after all he has done. Monica tells Justus he needs to be alone and she tells him sheāll call him tomorrow and make an appointment to discuss Michaelās trust fund. Justus puts on another Mary Mae CDs and settles in to think about what he has told Monica. Outside of Justusā place, Monica checks the recorder in her purse and walks away, wondering what to do with the information she just learned about Justus.

JASONāS PENTHOUSE

Robin & Jason get home, ask about Michael. Robin goes to see Michael. Jason asks Benny is he was involved in the car bombing. Then he realized that it was Moreno. He asks Benny to find out if any of his associates are working with Moreno , including Justus, since heās been acting so strange lately. He asks Benny to take care of Reynaldoās funeral arrangements and to tighten security. Benny asks when Jason plans to retaliate. He says soon, before Moreno has a chance to try again. Leticia comes downstairs and Jason asks her if she wants to quit. She says sheād miss Michael and that Jason is a good boss.
Robin comes downstairs w/ Michael and hands him to Jason. Jason tries to explain to Michael that bad things happened, but that they are all safe now. He tells Robin that he almost brought Michael to Lukeās tonight - he couldāve been in that car. Jason realizes that whoever killed Reynaldo and almost killed Robin wouldnāt have cared if they killed Michael. He is on the verge of tears now - he wouldnāt know what he would have done if Robin had been killed. He asks her if she understands that he has to do something about the bombing. Robin understands that he loves her and Michael and would do whatever it takes to keep them safe. But there is more than one way to deal with this and she has faith that he will choose the right way. They tell each other that they love each other and that is more important than anything.
Jason tells Michael about Reynaldoās death, that he was the intended target - he just has to find the best way to protect him. Robin takes Michael to bed. Jason walks over to the windows, deep in thought about what to do now.
