Daily Updates

Robin and Nikolas are out together again and talking about how Nikolas feels he messed up the trial. She tells him that she would have said the same stuff if they called her to testify because she's on the witness list, she just hasn't been called yet.

Felicia goes to Jason's apartment and he says that Robin's not there. She says that's alright, she was looking for him. SHe says she wishes that Mac could see how happy Robin is. Robin's finally happy for Mac & Felicia and she wishes Mac would return the favour. She tries to explain to Jason that Robin shouldn't have to choose, but Felicia suggests that eventually, Robin may have to, whether Jason makes her do it or not. Robin comes back and Felicia invites them to dinner. After small discussion and Jason being indifferent to the matter, Robin agrees. After Felicia leaves, they talk about how Mac will probbaly never LIKE Jason, but how maybe he can grow to accept their relationship.

Taggert is in Mac's office when Monica goes in. He lays it on her reminding her over and over that Alan will pay if she doesn't come through for him. Taggert leaves and Mac comes over asking if Monica's accepted his proposal. He reminds Taggert to be kind. In other words, he says, he doesn't want a body count. He also wants Taggert to take it a little bit easy on Monica, she's going through rough times.
Alexis tells Stefan that she's hired Justus because she wants to take the stand. Stefan says he refuses to have a gangster's lawyer on his side. Alexis convinces him otherwise. Dara comes up and Justus tells her he's working with Alexis now. Dara seems shocked, but seems a little bit nervous. Alexis informs the court of new co-council, and then Justus calls her to the stand. Dara tries to object, but it doesn't work. Helena comes in as well. She looks scared out of her tree to see Alexis up there! Alexis testifies that she is Stefan's sister [Nikolas is a bit upset to hear this], and that Helena forced her to implant many things that would imply Stefan was still in love with Helena. She said Helena would have killed her had she not complied. She then testifies to the fact that the will is a forgery. She said that Helena's prints are the only ones on it. The DA says they want to check it out and Alexis says by all means. When it comes time for cross examination, Dara says she'd like to be able to recall the witness but as for right then, she wants to recall Nikolas Cassidine. Everyone looks shocked at this.. and I mean REALLY shocked.. surprised no one fell off their chairs..
