Agh. Half of this is going to be missing, as I accidentally taped over the
first half of the show. If anyone wants to fill in the blank, feel free.
My apologies...

Gun-toting Half-wit Threatens Maniacal-but-bedridden Doctor

Jason pays a visit to Tony's hospital quarters. In a show of
how changed his bedside manner is since becoming Jason
Morgan, he sceers Dr. Jones into reaching for the nurses'
call button thingy, but grabs it before Tony can, gives
him a nasty look or two, then leaves the Doctor in peace.

Quartermaine Heir Comforts Gun-toting Moll.

Carly pleads the case to AJ of all the reasons Jason
should be left alone as BBQ's daddy while she's incarcerated.
Jason enters and looks stunned when his half-brother
announces he'll do all in his power to see that BBQ's
parental custody isn't interfered with anymore.

Jason and Carly are discussing her plight when Justus
comes in with case news; she can either go ahead to
trial, or get a psych evaluation for an insanity defense.

Renegade Corporate Lawyer Forces Plummet on Romantic Stock

Ned invites Alexis to join him in toasting "the Late, Great Us,"
and gets her to admit that she was already set to represent
Tony during their last lovemaking session. He reminds her that
he's helped her with her family before, and says he could have
helped her again, if need be. Alexis is doubtful.

Ned takes a call, and rebuffs her business interest, but
Alexis gives him tips anyhow. Tough, he says, you've lost
my trust. Tough, she says, I was afraid of losing my life.

She goes on to explain the details of her Cassadine heritage,
and why she's so open to Helena's threats, of which Ned's
life may have been the latest, if she hadn't followed the
most recent batch of orders. Ned is moves away, unmoved.

As Alexis is seated solo, Kat emerges from her litter
box for the following exchange,

Kat: "Are you alone?"
Alexis: "Yes."
Kat: "Get used to it."

then wanders over to Ned to warn him about Alexis' faults
and leaves. As Alexis gets up, she gives Ned a soulful glance
which he ignores, and she, too, splits.

Industrial Rogue Squares off Against New Sheriff

Jerry tells Mac to put up or shut up; if there're charges
to arrest him with, go for it, but otherwise ... The two
engage in verbal insults and size up each other's nerve.
As Jerry leaves, he stops to flirt with Felicia and V.,
Mac retaliates by grabbing Filly and planting one on
her. Both women accuse Mac of being jealous, though
he denies it and tries to warn them about the latest
threat to Port Charles' peaceful atmosphere. They scoff.

Later, Mac wants to know whey Filly's p.o.'d at him,
was it the kiss? She tells him that Jerry's unasked-
for appreciation was a lot more flattering than Mac's
pretended affection, which sends him over to V., asking
her to start tailing Jerry.

High-fashion Model Joins Polar Bear Club

Brenda jumps out of what must be freezing water
(hey, PTB - it's April. NY'ers don't swim till mid
June - okay?) - oddly, her hair is dry. She and Jax
commence to sip vino and she tries to get
romantic. Jax' expression looks like he's about to get
pounced on by one of those amazing Russian Beauties.

He diverts her to cloud-shape speculation, but she's
not deterred for long. Jax continues to act like
a Victorian Virgin 'till she grabs him for some
serious necking.

Jerry busts in and attempts to rescue our hero from
his torturous plight, but, like Michael Palin's Gallahad,
he's confident he has the situation under control.
When Jerry insists it's a Serious Situation, Jax
bolts before Brender can get her spanking. She
pouts in Jerry's general direction.

Back at the hotel, the brothers argue over
the Brender situ, and Jerry's interference. Jax
insists he's not going to drown in Brenda's pond,
but Jerry wants to insure it.

Next, she appears and tells the brothers she's
off to dinner with her Genie Motors client,
and then NYC. She hugs Jax good-bye, and winks
at his brother, over his shoulder.
