There will be a hole in this update, the size of a trouser zipper opening;
maybe a kind Canadian Ratser will complete the gap.

Tess continued the love-struck act, eagerly revealing her cooking skills
at the cabin, bringing Mac a bowl of homemade soup. He was not
interested.

Jimmy-Mac interrupted the scene via cell phone. He had a date
with Dara and needed info on the relationship, pronto. They
hung up, and Tess went to work.

Return to: Tess, bringing Mac a drink. (He's pretending to be sick?)

Felicia rings Jimmy's chimes, and is disappointed to
find out he's spending the evening w/Dara, and seems to
plan on being out very, very late.

Filly split when Dara showed up, in a gorgeous orange silk
dress, and wished them fun. Jimmy stalled Dara until Jane
called him with the (false info Mac supplied) news that
between Mac and Dara, the free love flowed freely, anywhere,
any place, anytime. They leave for dinner at the Mayor's.

When they got back afterwards, Dara was going on, saying
things like, "I can go all night without a break," and more,
speaking about singing at Mac's club. But Jimmy took her
remarks for something else, and told her to go upstairs
and get undressed - he'd be along shortly.

Back home, Felicia spends time with Tony, and confesses
her confusion. She'd been trying to get Mac and Dara together
for months, but wasn't happy with the results.

Return to: Felicia, in the dark, in bathrobe and fluffy slippers
when Jimmy-Mac shows up at her door to drop off tax forms.
They kiss, and he leaves.

Kat comes home to Wyndemere and tells Stefan she thinks
she's being followed by Helena, or someone who works for
her. Stefan tells her not to worry, and she gets a little
piqued at his lack of distress. They went on to debate his
reasons for not wanting to worry about Helena while laying
out exactly what her perceived threat was, until Nik
came downstairs, which brought up the speech therapy
debate. Thankfully, that got broken up when Emily came
by. (Kat & Bat left the two alone.)

Turns out, Emily is there for familial advice, regarding
moving out of the Q mansion. She pesters him w/questions,
he writes some answers. Kat comes in with refreshments and
butts her nose into Emily's situation.

Helena had Alexis brought to her by force, and
Alex was not happy about it. "You could have phoned," she
said. Helena wanted a confab over how they were going to
knock Stefan out of his regency, laid out a meal to do
it over, and nixed Alexis' suggestion that the family could
work their disagreements out if they'd all just try to get
along.

Later, over dessert, Helena orders Alexis to get to work.
Her first assignment: make friends with KatyBell.
