Today's stories: Ned's getting back at Stefan, Brenda got upset,
Nik and Sarah got their act together, and at least one Cassadine
got laid.

Teen Crap

Sarah and Emily met up at the diner, prior to an appointment
to go Christmas shopping together. Sarah made a big deal
about how Nik had called her and asked her to come hang
out at the Cassadine country house that evening, but she,
Sarah, was not the kind of girl who would break an engagement
with a female friend in order to spend time with a guy she
was all worked up about. Hint, hint. Emily graciously encouraged
Sarah to follow her hormones.

Lizzie, Patron Saint of the Unclearly Motivated, overheard
all and was determined to break up Sarah's evening w/Nik.
She cried "family emergency" to Ruby and took off, with
Lucky wagging behind her.

In the cozy cottage with blazing fire, the lovebirds finally
stumbled on to the condom question. While they each believed
the other that the condoms were not strategically placed by
either, they were remarkably uncurious as to how they popped
into each others' bags in the first place. Much cooing ensued,
and eventually they got into a serious necking situation
by the fire.

The longer this went on, the more I found myself wishing
that Lizzie would bust in on them, and make this whole
story just go away. But instead, she and Lucky fought over
the wheel, and it looked like the car went off the road. (that
was the cliffhanger)

Stefan/Katybell

After much discussion, recriminations, and explanations
which we've already seen and heard three hundred times, they
got down and did the nasty. Complete with "artful" slow-mo,
gauzy curtains, and cut-aways. The last shot was of candle wax
dripping down to and off of a wooden table. (that its finish was
possibly being ruined was undoubtedly the cliffhanger)

Brender/Jax/Ned w/Lucy crossover.

Brenda and Jax were dining at the Outback; Ned and Lucy arrived
almost simultaneously. They split up into separate groups, by
sex; Ned filled Jax in on the latest on the Jakarta situation -
a workers' strike shut down all the ELQ factories that Stefan had
swiped, and the auditors were about to come calling. Champagne
was ordered.

Lucy and Brenda went over details for the upcoming Jax Cosmetics
shoot, and Lucy proposed the idea of a coinciding TV special "The
Life of a Supermodel." Brenda was lukewarm, at best. After all,
she hadn't done any modeling for a year, so how could she possibly
be super? The only super thing she'd done lately was getting dumped
by a mobster.

Lucy flattered her all to hell and asked her to reconsider,
seeing as how the show's Majorly Hot and Renowned producer was
on his way. When he arrived, Wendell (Gee) was Mr. Smoothie,
flattered her all the way, but Bren was still guarded. He pulled
out some of her previous stills to give her an idea of what he
was going for, and all was fine until one of them turned out
to be a pic of Brenda with Sonny. Sure enough, that part of
her story was what he wanted to focus on. Brenda spazzed,
but interestingly, instead pulling out of the special entirely,
said another producer, more to her linking could be found.

As their conversation got heated, Jax busted in and asked
if their was a problem. (cliffhanger)
