As the kiddies settle in to first day of school, suprises abounded.
Sarah wasnıt happy to see Nik, who wasnıt happy to see Lucky;
Sarah wasnıt thrilled to see Lizzy, who wasnıt thrilled to see
Lucky not being thrilled about NikŒs presence.

Their hep new English teacher was set on turning them on
to Emily Bronte. I hate him already. He then goes on to
quote Heathecliff, and suddenly I understand where
S & Kıs dialogue is coming from. Teach then intercepts and passes
a note from Nik to Sarah, and assign the class six chapters.
As everyone leaves, she gave the note back, unopened, and
told him she wants to put their relationship on ice.

In the lunch room, Lizzie made nice with Lucky, who actualy
knew that Wuthering meant weathering. Who knew our boy
has such arcane knowledge? When Sarah came over and sat down,
Lizzie split. While she was pounding at the candy machine,
Nikolas got a funny look in his eyes. No, not *that* kind of
look, just a flashback as he realized his problem with Sarah
might have something to do with Steve Hardy. (cliffhanger)

Katherine settled into the day by having a sentimental (blech)
conversation with Stefan, who wasnıt thrilled with the idea
that she might be a blood relative. Alexis was pretty thrilled,
though she hid it well. Alexis was half-way into her con. The
one that was keeping her cousin from getting his thrills
with Katherine.

A nervous INS agent (Mr. Soames) arrives with all the paper work
regarding Katherine/Natasha, Kristen, et all. Alexis asks all the right
questions (well, sheıs a lawyer, after all); the answers
were that Kristen came to the U.S. and changed her identity,
with Avery Stanton as her immigration sponsor. Stefan
was put out at the idea of Katherine as his half-sister
instead of his would-be lover, but anounced that he wasnıt
going to give up trying to disprove the info.

After diddling around on his computer some, he found a
file on Natasha Nelson that the INS guy missed (cliffhanger).

Carly. Now Carly was downright uptight. She was having a
major emergency (suffering from flashbacks) and
needed Tony, but Amy hassled her and refused to page him out of
surgery.

After that we got a filler scene, where Alan poured out his
AJ grievances to Bobbie, who remarked on Juniorıs friendship
with Carly, and took a few moments to slag the woman
who is going to make her a grandmother. But she was right
when she speculated that Carly was someone likely to
help AJ into a bottle.

Carly finally caught up with Tony and cried they were
going to have to call off the wedding; she was having
nightmares of hearing people snicker while she walked
down the aisle. Tony played Papa, and Carly used the
opportunity to cry about that mean, mean Bobbie, and
talked Tony into an elopement. Tonight. Before he could
agree with the ruch, Amy announced his patient was
coming around.

AJ was looking for a good doctor, too. What he got was Keesha
at his door, demanding to know what answers he got from
Carly. Nada, he reported, and the two of them angsted over
the situation, until AJ forced her into a vow of silence.
The second after Keesha left, AJ had a flashback to
an image of he and Carly necking at the bar.

Later, Bobbie came to tap at his door, offered words
of support and defense of Alan, and asked if she could
do anything. He asked her to recommend a hypnotherapist.
(Cliffhanger).

So much for keeping quiet. Keesha stepped off the
elevator and immediately confronted Carly (³I know
what you did²) and in front of Tony, challenged her
to tell him the truth. (cliffhanger)
