No teen twits, no Stef/Katybell, and no flashbacks.
Please forgive mistakes, I'm in a tearing hurry.

Jax's suite:

Jax and V discuss her new duties as executive assistant.
She gets ready for her first business meeting.  (I'm sorry
but that 'tank' top does not say executive asst.)  She
admits a Mr. Kendall, a sexist, an obnoxious man.  Oddly, Jax
says nothing.  V takes it fairly gracefully for awhile
then takes him down verbally, Kendall leaves in a snit
demanding her resignation.  Jax explains that it was merely
a test of her abilities under pressure and reassures her
that he would never let any of his employees be treated that
way.  They discuss business and the Sonny/Brenda newspaper
article.  Brenda calls to set up a meeting with Jax.

Luke's:

Sonny and Jason have a boring conversation about Brenda,
Jason, the wedding, etc.  Jason says that he'll be ready when
Sonny leaves.  Sonny imparts his mob running wisdom.  Sonny
arranges a meeting with Mike.

Fred's (Tinman's) home:

We see time wasting shots of Fred with parcels and gun,
his long locks caressing his shoulders.  He leaves
his home.

Wyndham's:

Carly and Tony pick out china.  They discuss the wedding
and Carly bemoans their lack of guests and friends. (Gee,
I wonder why?)  She blathers on about how much she'll
miss her dear friend AJ.  Tony leaves and Carly tries
on maternity wedding gowns.  She has really lovely dress
on when Bobbie comes up behind her and starts firing.
Carly fires back: '_this_ baby is going to be kept and
loved'.  They argue until Tony comes up and Carly goes off
to find another dress.  Bobbie and Tony discuss Lucas
starting school.  Tony reassures Bobbie that his new
child won't change his relationship with Lucas.

Later, Mike picks out a serving platter for Sonny and
Brenda.  Fred strikes up a short conversation with
Mike.  Mike leaves and we see that Fred taped the
conversation.

AJ's Apt:

AJ is reading Carly's goodbye note again. (with chain!)
Keesha arrives, she wants to help him find out the truth.
AJ is afraid it might have been just a different type of
bender but he says he'll go on if he finds out that
he really was drunk.  Keesha points out that everything
seems to lead to Carly--so she must have something to
do with AJ's blackout.  AJ doesn't like this theory and
points out that Carly is his friend, she kept him from
drinking, and that she has no motive.  Keesha accuses him
of being in denial.  AJ tries to talk of her friendship
with Carly but Keesha says they never were close and that
she is sure Carly deliberately got her drunk that other
night.  AJ says that she was just trying her hand at
matchmaking, nope, he just can't accept that his good
friend-- sweet little Carly would do anything bad to
him and escorts Keesha out.  He goes to the hospital to
find Tony and runs into Carly when she finally arrives
for work.

Felicia's Apt:

We have several unimportant scenes with Filly and Mac
babbling about plumbing and Tom and whatever.  We also
see Maxie try to hide the figurine (a kachina?) in a
living room cupboard.  Filly suspects she is up to
something but Maxie gets away with it.
