At the Nurse's Ball:

Lucy is whirling around with last-minute arrangements. She flashes back to a
scene with Serena's kidnapper who demanded she pay him off at the Ball. Kevin
comes up and wants to take her home [good luck, Clueless-Boy] because she's
too tired and stressed. Stef comes up, breaks the spell, and Lucy chuggs off
to dress.

Backstage, Ned reassures Monica that he will lie, if necessary, for her and
Emily and say they were with him at the time Dorman was killed.

People start to trickle in. Stef eyes Katherine hungrily and Luke notices and
makes a great crack, "You'll spoil your appetite for rubber chicken if you keep
eatin' your heart out like that!"  Stef glares a reply. Then he said he was
surprised to see Luke at the Nurse's Ball.

Tony pursues Carly to the door of her dressing room. They're squabbling about
her plans to leave town after the ball. She says she doesn't want to get back
together with him if it's only for the sake of the baby [oh, right, like she
wouldn't come running if he waved a wedding ring under her nose]. They have a
few more words about Tony having the right to make some decisions about the
baby's future. The asks him, sarcastically, if he's going to take her to court
[you GO girl!].

Jax and Off. Ardanowski arrive. She's supposedly still keeping an eye on him
to make sure he doesn't flee the country.  She's cute and unassuming in a
thrift-store "special": an outdated, ugly evening gown, glopped up with beads
and sequins. But she's proud of being a good shopper; Jax laughs with her.

Mike, Sonny, Jason, Brenda and their entourage of bodyguards arrives. The
Quartermaines make their entrance: Edward, Lila, A.J., Justus, Dara and
Keesha.

The show starts with Alan singing and the women doing a fashion show thing
behind him. The women end up on steps behind Alan, forming a rainbow with
their dress colors.

Katherine excuses herself to "get ready" and Stef gazes after her. Bobbie,
returning to their table after the fashion show number, notices how hypnotized
he is by KatyBell. Later, Katherine goes upstairs to an office. She's alone
and tries standing up.  She takes a step.  Stefan is in the doorway, a big
smile on his face.

Carly and Tony do a country western song and dance number (she was great in
it), while Bobbie glares at them from the audience.

Meanwhile At PCPD:

Taggart and Garcia are hot on their prime suspect's trail. They get a search
warrant for Brenda's hotel room and her car. In the car trunk, under the
carpet, they find a bloody scalpel [but is it THE bloody scalpel?].
