Brenda and Sonny are asleep in each other's arms in Brenda's hotel room.
Brenda says good morning and they kiss.

Ned is on the phone in the Quartermaine mansion with Monica (who is at GH)
trying to calm her down by telling her Emily won't be discussing Dorman
because everyone's been told to avoid the subject.  Ned hangs up as Emily
and Edward come downstairs discussing Ed's singing act for the Nurses'
Ball.  Em is trying to get Ed to let her help him but he won't let her
because no one in the family knows anything about good music and that no
one int he family wants to help him anyway.  Ned tells Ed to let her help:
Ed agrees and goes off to make some phone calls before "rehearsal."  Ned
tells Em that he is worried that it will be too stressful for her but she
says that she is tired of hiding in her room all day.  She goes to eat
breakfast. Alexis arrives, looking for Ned.  He invites her in, flirts
(just a side view, but Ned isn't exactly divorced yet, is he?), and
invites her to stay for breakfast.  Alexis declines saying she just wants
to know what the Q's are hiding.
Audrey is awake in her hospital room and Amy is rambling on about how
everyone wants to see her.  Katherine rolls in, introduces herself to
Sarah, who's pretty much hovering over Audrey, and tells how she wants
Audrey's story in every paper in town.  Sarah is hesitant but Audrey
believes that it will benefit the hospital.  Amy starts rambling on again
about all the trouble the hospital's had since Audrey was injured
(Dorman's death, the "blackout", Audrey almost dying, etc.) when Stefan
then enters the room with flowers for Audrey.  He and Katherine have one
of their staring matches and there's an awkward silence.  Stefan breaks it
off by walking over to hand the flowers to Audrey.

Stefan chats with Audrey who has Sarah read the card that came with t to
the flowers aloud.  Stefan is leaving when Tony comes in to examine the
patient.  Amy takes the flowers to put them in some water and she,
Katherine, and Sarah leave.  Amy goes away (finally) and Kat tries to
reassure Sarah about the publicity of Audrey's story.  Niklolas strolls up
to them in the hallway and they talk a little about Audrey's waking up.
Katherine asks if he has met Sarah and he says yes.  He aske if Sarah has
"reported him to the proper authorities yet" and Sarah replies that she
hasn't given Nik a second thought.  She goes to talk to a nurse leaving
Nik to look like a fool.  Nik offers to take Kat to physical therapy but
she states she's not going.  Nik says that he will take her someplace then
and they leave.  Sarah comes back to outside Audrey's room watching Nik
and Kat leave. She looks confused.

Ned grins and tells Alexis that the Q's are only hiding the fact that they
are going to throw a big party to celebrate Dorman's death.  Alexis says
that there is more to it than that because every time some member of the
family hears Dorman's name their face goes blank.  Ned counters that
Dormna's name brings up a lot of bad memories that they's all like to
forget.  Alexis, still not satisfied, wants some shred of the truth.   Ned
admits to keeping some things from her and will divulge more over dinner
that night.  Alexis says no.

Sonny, in a silk bathrobe,  tells Brenda, who's now in pajamas, that they
should go take a walk.  Brenda, looking completely serious, says no
because all they're going to do is eat, sleep, and make love. Sonny laughs
and says it's a great plan but she'd probably be bored in a week.  She
says no because then at least they'd be safe.  He looks concerned and asks
her what's wrong.  Brenda smiles and says nothing is wrong, just that she
can't stop thinking  about all the people that are waiting to hurt him. He
tells her to not be afraid of someone connecting him to the murder because
the case will just run its course and then disappear forever.  Brenda says
it will then just be someone else with some other plan to implicate Sonny.
 He tells her that neither of them can change him and he doesn't want it
to end (I'm not sure what "it" meant but it might mean his career as a
mobster).  He suggests, with a sly grin, that they "forget the walk, and
you know..." They kiss some more when there's a knock at the door.  Much
to their relief it's room service with toast for Sonny and every possible
way of cooking eggs for Brenda to choose from.  Sonny tips the waiter, who
leaves, and Brenda stated that she will read Sonny his horoscope but she
looks really worried when she picks up the paper and sees the front page.

Tony concludes his examination of Audrey citing no permanent brain damage
and suggests maybe Sarah would like to help Audrey move back home.  Audrey
doesn't want Sarah to waste her summer in Port Charles but Sarah wants to
stay because ther's so much to do there.  Audrey is happy that she'll stay
and Tony asks how Sarah feels about baby-sitting.  She goes on about how
life must be so great in a brownstone because of the closeness of the
families.  Tony looks very depressed all of a sudden and he leaves saying
he'll be back to check on Audrey again later.  Sarah wonders what was
wrong and Audrey tells her that he and Bobbie are divorced and that Tony
doesn't live there anymore.

Tony stops outside Audrey's room and is flipping through a chart when
Carly comes into the hallway.  She hesitates when she sees him but Tony,
having heard footsteps behind him, turns around and sees her.  They both
look defeated and and exhausted.  Tony hangs his head.

Stefan enters the library and sits down staring at the computer on his
desk.  He calls Katherine's office but she is not there.  He then flashes
back to when he and Katherine were playing in the pool.

Nikolas wheels a blindfolded Katherine into a garden (could it be her and
Stefan's little "lovenest" garden?).  She is whining about being
blindfolded and when he takes off the blindfold, she is horrified and
demands to know why he brought her there (guess it is her and Stefan's
little "lovenest" garden).

Sonny is picking at the food as Brenda is reading the front page aloud to
him.  The article reveals that Sonny and Jason are the main suspects in
Dorman's murder.  She slowly shakes her head and wonders why it's always
Sonny they're after.  He tells her to figure it out and she guesses that
he's an easy target and it's so the police don't look bad for not having
arrested anyone yet.  Sonny agrees and says he's not worried because soon
it will be old news.  He's clean and the police know it.  There's a knock
at the door and Sonny (still in a robe and pajama pants) opens it to find
Taggert and Garcia standing there.  Sonny invites them in.  Taggert makes
some remark about never knowing what Brenda's last name is (Jacks or
Barrett) and he and Sonny begin to verbally spar until Garcia cuts in and
tells Sonny to get dressed so he can come downtown with them.  Brenda asks
why and Garcia says:
                       G: To be perfectly honest, we're going to give Mr.
Corinthos here a                             haircut.
                        Sonny: What are you talking about Garcia? (Points
to Taggert)                             Not with his barber!
Garcia tells him they just need a hair sample to compare with the hairs
found on Dorman's body.  Brenda starts asking questions until Sonny cuts
in saying he will go.  Brenda says that Sonny is *not* going.

Mac walks up to Dara (long time no see) at the station and asks if she's
seen Garcia.  She tells them about going to collect hair sample from
Sonny.  Dara tells Mac that she is sorry that he is no longer commisioner.
 They discuss Mac turning into a vigilante and getting fired.  Dara says
that now Dorman is dead she will have to defend him (or whatever) and that
it is just like when she was forced to try and convict Laura for Damian
Smith's murder. LOD: "Smith may have been a blight on humanity but Pierce
Dorman was a cancer."  She doesn't htink she can ask the jury to punish
someone for killing him.  They go on to discuss ont he possibility of
having to accuse Sonny or Jason and that either way, Robin would suffer.
Dara says that she hopes one of them killed him because they are smart
enough to cover their tracks.  Mac agrees and leaves.

Alexis and Ned continue to debate over their possible dinner date.  Ned
insists that she come and that it would be a "real" date with possible
touching, her in something else besides a stylish business suit, and a
possible kiss on the cheek at the end of the night.  Alexis gives in and
leaves.

Tony asks Carly if she's seen a doctor yet but Carly says that she is not
able to make an appointment until the next week because of the doctor's
busy schedule.
Tony says for her to take of herself and they discuss whether or not she's
told anyone about the baby yet.  She says no but Tony doesn't believe she
could keep htat kind of secret.  Carly doesn't want to saddle (I think
that's what she said. I couldn't quite make it out.) Tony with a baby but
he believes that it is his resposibility.  Carly says that there is no
reason for her to stay in Port Charles so after she sees the doctor and if
everything is fine, then she will leave.

Sonny tells Taggert that he'll be at the station in an hour.  They argue
over Sonny possibly skipping town.  Brenda starts yelling at Taggert when
Sonny yells for her to basically shut up.  Sonny gives his word that he'll
come to the station and the detectives leave.  Brenda glares at Sonny and
tells him she doesn't appreciate being treated like a to which Sonny cooly
answers,"Well, stop acting like one."  Brenda looking like she's about to
burst into tears, sighs and tells Sonny that Taggert will do anthing to
get him.  They argue about her ability to handle him and his lifestyle
when she tells him that the police will go so far as to frame Sonny for
Dorman's murder by lying about hte hair samples and the case will be
closed and then Sonny will got to jail for life. Sonny apologizes and
tells her that she has "one he** of a criminal mind for a record executive
and a model."  He tells her they just have to roll with the punches and
they'll land on their feet.  He goes to take a shower and Brenda picks up
her purse, pulls out a pair of scissors, and starts pulling on a piece of
her hair.  (Brenda, Brenda... don't do anything stupid...)

Stefan is pouring a glass of water when Alexis come in the librayr saying
how she just came from an intersting talk wiht Ned but hten asks Stefan
what's wrong.  Stefan, who looks almost pale, reassures her and they
discuss her conversation wiht him, with Alexis obviously leaving out the
parts about the date.  Stefan makes a call saying he will be leaving early
and after snapping at Alexis when she asks him about leaving and making
some comment about feeling like a computer that's been fed too much info,
storms out of the library.

Nik is rambling on about how Kat's been inside so much and how hard she's
been working on her PT.  She apologizes for overreacting and Nik says
there's more.  He's arranged for a hydrotherapist to come work with her
there in the pool since it is Cassadine property but nobody really uses
it, not even Stefan (what he just doesn't know...).  Kat flashes back to
the night she and Steffie were there and says that Stefan doesn't know
what he's missing.  Nik (as usual) looks confused.

Tony asks Carly why she thinks she has to leave town.  Carly says that
everyone in town has judged her and she is not about to bring a child into
that.  Tony argues saying she has work and friends in PC but Carly says
she's already managed to screw up everything she's tried to do there.  She
knows it's her fault but she's going to be a good mother and will bring up
her child in a place where they might both be loved.  Tony asks if she's
trying to keep the child from him but says no and he can have a lot to do
with the child but there's no reason for her to stay if they're not
together.  She knows their relationship is over and wants to go someplace
to start fresh and that she plans on leaving as soon as possible.  Tony
tells her if she ever needs any help to let him know and she says that
he'll be the first one that she'll call.  She walks around the corner and
breaks down into tears.
Brenda, who's finally dressed, is putting a piece of hair (undoubtedly
hers) into an envelope and puts it in her pocket as Sonny exits the
bathroom.  They are both over their mini-fight and hug.  Brenda strokes
Sonny's face and says she knows he knows how to take care of himself and
she trusts that he will.  He says witha sort of half-smile that he'll
always try.  Brenda looks into his eyes and says that he won't be able to
stop her though from doing things to protect him.  He chuckles and they
leave for hte police station.

Nikolas, believing the therapist, who's still not arrived, got lost and
asks Kat if she'll be okay while he goes to call him.  Hat says she'll be
fine and Nik rushes off. She leans back in the lawn chair and closes her
eyes.  Stefan appears form behind some bushes wearing a bathrobe and a
bathing suit.  He looks longingly at her and she opens her eyes and looks
over at him.

THE END!!  Sorry if it was a little long but a lot happened and I wanted
to make sure I got everyhting.
