ZEROING IN ON DORMAN: UPDATE THURSDAY APRIL 10
1. Lucy is carrying bags into the lighthouse. She calls to Kevin,
but he isn't there. He's left her a note. The bell rings. It's
Brenda. Lucy lucifies over Brenda, so excited, she has a new ad
campaign, etc. However, that's not why Brenda is there. She apologizes
to Lucy for sluffing off. Brenda tells Lucy about her addiction and
says she would never let an L&B employee (and we know there are thousands)
do what she did. She's now going to a drug counsellor. Brenda leaves.
Lucy wants to call Spoon Island, but it's not listed, so she looks in
Doc's book. And apparently doesn't find anything incriminating, darn
it. She calls, disguising her voice. Alexis answers and tells her Kevin
isn't there, Lucy. [In fact, we never find out exactly where Kevin is.]
Lucy watches the videotape of Serena and cries.

2. At LUKE'S, Mac comes in to see Sonny. He wants to know what happened
with Taggart. Sonny says that Taggart's grudge stems from high school.
Sonny and Mac agree to keep an eye on Taggart. Sonny flashes back to his
hospital drugging. Taggart comes in. Sonny calls Miranda, who will meet
him at General Hospital. Mac tells Taggart to behave. Mike, ears
flapping, hasn't missed a thing as he wipes the bar.

AJ and Jason are discussing Dorman. Sonny asks Jason to keep pressure on
Dorman, and also to get a picture of him. Jason gives AJ his key, in
case he needs a place to crash.

3. At Windemere, Alexis is doing paperwork (since Stefan is too smitten
to pay the light bill) when Nik staggers out from his 3 hour exams. All
his course work is OK except for calculus. Alexis doesn't want to know.
[Surely it's easier to Freeze the World if you know calculus?] Mr.
Richards and Mlle deVivier said Nik's test scores were excellent. Ned
comes in. Alexis introduces the two men, and Nik leaves, with Alexis'
advice to "go do something fun." Ned calls her a "contemporary touch in
a period setting" and Alexis says "Transylvanian, I believe." They have
the job of being the family caretaker in common (He Who Sweeps Up After
The Elephants.) Alexis wants Ned to help her nail Dorman. As an officer
of the court, of course, she can't make any improper suggestions as to
anything he might do after she tells him that Dorman did the same thing
to another woman, and after she oh-so-casually writes the info down.

4. (*yawn*) Katherine is walking. Oh, this is thrilling. She falls into
Stefan's arms. He carries her to her chair. Such excitement. She will
savor the moment before calling a doctor. Nik arrives just in time to see
them embracing. They tell him the good news. Stefan leaves, and Nik and
Katherine and the laptop go to the hospital.

Dorman is snide. No wonder, he's the only doctor who is ever on call,
and weeks of 24-7 have begun to take their toll. Katherine and Nik talk,
Sonny comes in. Katherine mentions Brenda, and Sonny starts to remember
the letter that Brenda is writing at that very moment. [Hey, I don't
write it, I just report it!] Sonny sees Dorman and has another flashback.
Brenda takes her letter to LUKE's and gives it to Mike. Katherine,
meanwhile, has wheeled off to a private room to see her e-mail. Ahhhh.
A true RATSA-junkie in the making! Stefan, reading that Katherine
"couldn't have done it without you", sighs "Katherine" and Alexis
overhears. Not only is the Cassadine empire crumbling, the Cassadine
head has obviously lost his mind.
