In Sonny's penthouse...
Sonny and Mike talked about Brenda and the mystery person who tried to set
him/them up. Mike wanted Sonny to open up about Brenda but, as usual, Sonny
wouldn't dish. All he wanted to figure out was the identity of the person
who called Harry while they were in the cave. Sonny remembered noises he
heard on the phone; they were "call bells" from a hospital.  As he and Mike
were getting ready for dinner, the doorbell rang. Just as Sonny opened the
door Mike strolled in from the kitchen, with wineglasses and a bottle,
saying "Let's drink a toast to Sonny and Brenda!" Miranduh stood on the
doorstep, ears flapping in the breeze.

In the Quartermaine library...
Alan popped another pain pill. Ned entered and told him that A.J. spent the
night in the boathouse. He also said that A.J. blabbed to Keesha about who
was driving the fateful car on the fateful night that Jason got his bell
rung. Alan said Keesha already hunted him down at GH and reamed him out
about it. They both agreed that Monica should continue to be kept in the
dark about A.J.'s fall off the wagon but Ned warned that it would be hard to
keep the secret, given the size of Keesha's big mouth. Edward walked in,
waving the newspaper and talking about how ELQ was mentioned in connection
with Sonny and Brenda's rescue. Monica entered with Alexis and SteFAWN. Stef
sympathized with Monica and then asked her to review some intern applications;
she seemed thrilled. They all discussed Nurse Rebecca and why she lied about
Pierce; Alexis said that nursie would trip up eventually and then they'd
nail her. Stef was worried about GH's image and Edward suggested they hire
KatyBell as a spin doctor. Alexis grimaced at hearing the name but Stef
smiled serenely.  The party broke up and Ned asked Alexis to have some dinner
with him; she accepted. Alone for a moment, Alexis and Stef argued about how
his obsession with Katherine might put "the Plan" in jeopardy.

In Katherine's penthouse apartment (across from Sonny's)...
A bored Katherine listened to the ramblings of her live-in nurse about the
rescue of Sonny and Brenda from the cave. To get rid of the irritating woman,
Katherine sent her off to get some butterscotch pudding (sheesh).  Then she
tried to stand up and walk. Of course, she collapsed like a souffle on Jupiter.
The phone rang just then and she pulled the instrument off the table. It
landed out of her grasp and she shouted into the phone "Help! I've fallen and
I can't get up!"  In his car, Stefan looked in shock at his phone and stepped
on the gas.  He flew to Katherine's side and helped her up, just as Miranda
arrived. Also alerted by Stephan's noisy arrival, Sonny poped out of his
apartment and caught an eyeful of Stef embracing Katy tighter than the giant
squid grabbed on to the Nautilus in 20,000 Leagues under the Sea.
They called for help and soon everything was back to normal. Stef
yelled at the nurse when she got home, faithfully packing Kath's pudding, and
the poor woman scuttled away. Stef left and Katie and Miranda talked. Miranda
said it was obvious that Stef was smitten with Katherine and she should do
something about it. Eventually the talk turned to Brenda and Miranda started
her kvetching mantra.  Katherine suggested that Miranda knock on Sonny's door
and ask how he really felt about Bren. Then Miranda got all hopped up about
how upsetting it was when she saw Brenda and Jax together. She hinted that
she might be leaving Port Charles (hooray!).

In Dorman's apartment...
He was busily hiding his stash of heroin when there was a knock at the door.
Nurse Rebecca Chase came to offer succor, among other things. Obviously gaga
over Dorman, nursie and doctor eventually went for a "dip" on the living room
floor. He shoved her out soon thereafter and told her that, for safety sake,
they had to stop seeing each other for a few months.

At the Jacks hotel suite...
They were getting packed up to fly to New Orleans and get re-married. Brenda
said she needed to talk to Jax...he said he needed to talk to her. He
confessed that he lost his mind, momentarily, and actually wanted to have sex
with the animated broomstick named Miranda. She said she realized she was
hooked on her pain pills (no mention of aardvarking in the cave with Sonny
during their little truth-telling session).  Brenda said she wanted to be
free from addiction before they re-married.  Jax reluctantly agreed.

In the Port Charles dining room...
Ned and Alexis shared a light supper. Stefan flapped up and asked to speak to
Alexis alone. He told her about Katherine's fall from the wheelchair and how
he helped her. He said that there was another woman there, a Miranda Jamison.
He told Alexis to find out about her background.
