In modified Johnny-style ...

In Luke's Club, Katherine is buzzing around arranging food and stuff for
Robin's going away party. Bobbie is helping and Mike hams around the girls.
Robin arrives and gets hugged by all (yawn). Jason and The Fonz arrive ...more
hugs (double-yawn). Anonymous people show up but the party is much like Robin
these days - a total downer.

In the gatehouse, Lois and Ned are awaiting Jax and Brenda, whom they have
invited for dinner. Lois tells Ned how difficult it is to keep the secret from
Brenda (the secret is that Jax and Tracy are in cahoots to take over ELQ and
Jax purchased an Australian microchip company that ELQ wanted to buy using
insider information from either Tracy or using his position on the ELQ board).
Ned agrees but pleads with her to zip her lip. Tracy unexpectedly blows in
with a baby gift: 5 years nanny and nurse service for their child. She and
Lois spar a while before Lois and Ned refuse the gift. Brenda and Jax arrive
and Ned tosses Tracy out.  While the boys go to get some wine from the
cellar, Brenda shows Lois some photos she took in Australia. She complained
that Jax spent most of their vacation doing business with some "chip" company.
Later on, Lois dutifully tells Ned the news.  Later on the foursome show up
at Robin's going-away party at Luke's Club. A phone call interrupts them,
however, and Ned has to fly off on ELQ business.

In the back room/office at Luke's Club, he is taunting Laura with her
Cassadine medallion that he decided to wear. Luke is in attack mode
[although it's hard to take him seriously as long as he's got that stupid
Dutch-boy/Gidget hairdo].  She wants to know why he didn't tell her he had
bugged Windemere and is now eavesdropping on Stefan and Nik. He churlishly
replies that he didn't want them to find out and all but comes right out and
says he can't trust her anymore. Laura is dumbfounded.

   [Attention GH writers: Luke's anger and paranoia might make more sense
    to us viewers if we actually knew the history of the Cassadines and the
    Spencers, beyond the kidnapping that is.  Yah, yah, they invented a
    weather machine that threatened to freeze the world but what have they
    done lately that's so bad?]

Luke implies that Stefan has turned Laura's loyalties away from him and Lucky.
She finally musters up some anger and they start to argue.  On the bug's
receiver on Luke's desk, they hear Stefan's voice calling for Nikolas.
Apparently the kid isn't in the house. Laura looks worried and she tells Luke
that she saw Nik earlier that day and the kid was angry and upset; Luke could
care less and angrily tells her so.  He continues to act irrationally and
finally breaks some bibelots then yells at Laura about how miserable Lucky is
(because of her).  They finally leave the back room and greet Robin out front,
wishing her good luck at Yale. Meanwhile outside the club Mike has been
keeping Stefan at bay. He demands to see Laura. When Luke and Laura come out
the front door he tells her Nikolas is missing.

On Jasmine Island, Mac and his strike force from the PCPD have planted a bug
on the outside of a window in order to hear what's happening between Felicia
and Kevin.  Tom and Lucy, who are with Mac, bicker constantly about what to
do.  Tom wants to storm the house and take Felicia; Lucy is afraid Kevin
will get hurt if they attack the house.  Finally, Mac orders that Lucy be
removed from the scene. He claims he needs Tom's expertise as a psychologist
but Lucy is merely an irritant. She breaks free and runs to the house to save
her Doc.  She pauses outside the door, wondering what to do, when Kevin
suddenly pulls the door open and stares at her with a wigged-out RyBaby look.
