Once more: Irina's server blew up into a zillion pieces, taking her
update with it.  So here is an emergency, short, SUB UPDATE for
TUESDAY, JULY 23.

Three couples wake up:
1. Keisha and AJ (who doesn't have the guts to move away from the Qs)
2. Lois and Ned (Ned is stunned that he loves Lois even more)
3. Laura comes in while Luke is sleeping, accidently waking him.

1.  Keisha didn't want the Q's to know she stayed over, but comes down to
breakfast with AJ.  Justus is there, and she tells him if he rats on her,
she will get even.  Eddie-the-Q has devious schemes, planning a surprise
board meeting on Friday.  Monica says she thinks this separation is
different because it wasn't preceded by them trying to kill each other.
Emily and Raoul(!) come in and Emily and Monica have a heart-to-heart
talk.  Monica suggests doing something wild and crazy to fight the fear,
and Emily thinks they should pierce (hmmm? Is this deliberate?) their
eyebrows.  Pierce calls, but Monica puts him off.

2. Lois is really suing Ned, who tries to get out of it.  "If you want
our marriage to survive, you'll put that checkbook away."  Justus comes
by to warn Ned of Edward's scheming.  Ned thinks of a way to outfox the
Silver Fox.

3.  Laura had spent the night with Lulu.  She wants to talk, but Luke
wants to assert his territory, so they make love.  Then he gets narky.
She is about to tell him about Stefan when Lucky comes in, ignoring her.
"You OK, Dad?"  Luke and Lucky talk.  Lucky hates Nik ("he's slime, Dad!")
When Laura returns, Luke has just left to confront Helena, and Lucky won't
tell Laura anything.

Nik and Stefan look at Windermere, which Nik doesn't like at all.  Spooky
music plays.
