General Hospital
Update Tuesday June 25, 1996

(this is a little less detailed as usual due to lack of time--sorry)

My VCR missed what seems to be the first minute or so--I'm told we see
Luke's bar closed because of the elections.

Scene 1
Lucy comes into Kevin's office in a big hat trying to avoid everyone
because of the Nurses Ball fiasco.  She is upset and boo hoo's to Kevin
about how humiliating it was.
Scene 2
Luke and Laura tell Simone that they want to be tested even if the
chances are 0 to none.  Lucky is very frustrated and hits the wall as
Bobbie overlooks.
Scene 3
Kevin comforts Lucy by telling her how great the ball was and that she
was overexagerating how people would fee.  You made tons of $$ and that
you're loosing the big picture.  Your becoming legendary--I'm proud to be
the man you love.  Bobby nocks..walks in and asks if he has time for
some emergency counselling.
Scene 4
Robin is talking to Sonny at Luke's.  They talk about how great Mac is,
the ball, and how great his contribution was. Robin - 30Million and you
say its just money--I don't even know how to make you understand how big
that is".
Scene 5
Carly in bed with Jason.  Jason decides to take a shower as Carly
decides to go through his belongings.  Jason catches her.  Asks what
she's doing--we had an agreement--you helped set up the agreement.  Carly
tries to calm him down and he tells her "Don't touch me" (this was great
because he was getting dressed at the time and kinda shooed her away and
continued to dress in a matter of seconds--very natural).  Carly says its
not like I can't find out who the guy who carried Robin off the stage
is--he gets mad..tells her she can leave when she wants--and he leaves.
Scene 6
Sonny and Robin discuss Jason and his feeling for Robin.  Robin asks if
Sonny's okay and he says he's not looking for a nurse--nursemaid.  Mike
asks if Sonny is going to vote.  As Sonny leaves Mike tells Robin how
her speech was inspiring and it touched his heart--and Lucy touched his
funny bone.
Scene 7
Kevin reminds Lucy that "she's a marvel" and they repeat it 20 times.
Lucky comes in to talk.  They discuss his feelings about Lu--how he feels
helpless because he wasn't a match--how nobody is doing anything to help
his sister--Lucky begins to cry.  This was a chance to pay his family
back for everything they did for him.  Kevin tells him that with most
adolescents he just talks about rock bands or shoots paperclips into the
basket.  Lucky hopes that their parents have insurance because who would
want to pay for that.
K-  I'll be direct.  Your just an adolescent ..you can't control
everything
L-   was that supposed to help me
K- oo ouch that hurt--put doc shrink at the end and you'd sound just like
your dad.  Do you really think that nobody is trying to help.  You don't
have to be a hero here.
L-  I don't do helpless well
K- How are you at positive.  Thats what your parents will need most of
all in this sorrow
L-  I see what your saying.  How do I get from where I am to positive
K-  One step at a time--think about it-- and he leaves
Scene 8
Jason at Lukes with Sonny.  As they talk Mike walks over and tells Sonny
how proud he is of him.  Sonny gives Jason a package to deliver and as
Jason leaves Alan sees him.
Scene 9
Bobby and Luke discuss Lucky seeing Kevin.  Bobby says that she will be
tested as well.  Luke asks what ever happened to her search for her
daughter..she says she dropped it.  As Luke asks why--why did you drop
it--Carly walks up.
Scene 10
Alan threatens Sonny to leave Jason alone.  Sonny tells him to get a
grip he doesn't scare him and "in case you have forgotten my wife just
died--if you have a beef take it up with Jason".  Lucy walks in and tells
Sonny how great his donations was.
Scene 11
Carly see's Robin at the hospital and they start talking.  Carly tells
her how moving her speech was.
Scene 12
Laura tells Luke how this situation is worse then if she was in jail
because then Lu would be safe--in her darkest nightmares she would have
never thought of this.
Scene 13
Mike tells Lucy what a great show it was--and it was a true pleasure
seeing so much of her--he laughs. (little chuckles)
Scene 14
Carlys starts grilling Robin about Jason.  Robin tells her that they
respect their privacy and says she has to go.
Scene 15
Lucy and Mike converse about her little side show.  Mike laughs all the
way to the back
Scene 16
Alan votes and sees Jason.
A- couldn't you do something better--.something your proud of
J - that's already done
A-  by who's definition
J- mine and that's all that counts--he leaves
Scene 17
Lucky puts a little smile on his parents face.  Bobby shares a horrible
joke (not worth repeating) and Simone come in to say that Bobby isn't a
match.  As Simone explains the odds of a non-family member being a match
to Laura, Luke and Bobby say how they must find her daughter.
