                             Tuesday, May 28 1996

At Last - a Tuesday without SIDAR !

TomSr walks into the main brownstone room as Filly hangs up the phone. She
has just finished getting her phone account reset. TomSr posits that she
was just the victim of a computer glitch; but she counters once is a
glitch, all her stuff getting cancelled is someone's dirty work. He says it
is a very strange hustle since her accounts are being cancelled, not
charged against. She says that is a very small comfort and she is going to
get to the bottom of it. A delivery man appears with flowers for her. She
thinks they are from him, but TomSr informs her it wasn't. They are puzzled
and then slightly amused when more flowers come. Then more and more come in
and the rooms are filled with flowers. Filly starts sneezing and Bobbie comes
by with all the kids of the brownstone, including TomJr who had a good
word for Justus. People start coughing, which at first they think is from
pollen/allergies, but then they realize it is something with the flowers.
They call 911 and it turns out that some of the flowers were causing the
air to go toxic (?).

Robin visits Jason in the bar and apologizes for her abrupt killing of
their relationship. She explains that she thought she was ready but she was
getting flooded with new emotional conflicts. Jason says he can totally
relate to that and things were fine by him. Robin is relieved.

At court, Justus puts Mac on the stand. All the points that he made about
the police pursuit of the case got nullified by Dara. He then brought Lucy,
EdQ & KatyBell to testify about what a scum Damian was (and how he deserved
what he got). The judge calls a recess for the day. Dara and Justus bump
into each other and decide the day was a draw. Justus tells L&L that a draw
is good since tie goes to the defense. He sees Simone is there and she
tells him she just got there from the hospital. The two of them take a walk
down the hall. She tells him that TomJr is sticking up for Justus. He feels
that TomJr is just switching sides because of TomSr and Filly, and is still
asking what if TomJr decides next week not to like Justus. They part with
all the issues unresolved.

Meanwhile, Laura tells Luke that she is not comfortable with the way things
are going. She wants to testify and tells Justus that when he comes back.
He is less than thrilled by that idea, mainly due to her past killings.
Luke gets very upset by this. Justus says that if it becomes up against the
wall time he would consider her testifying. Luke says he will do whatever
it takes to see Laura is free.
