Update 5/14

I’m going to try a different format this time around.....

Stalking ain’t a crime...really!!!!

We start off the day with Brenda looking wistfully into the sky........
Later, Sonny and Lily are walking off the elevator to leave their
penthouse.  Lily realizing that something is wrong asks Sonny “If you
want to tell me, I want to listen.”  Sonny tells her about court that day
and how Dara tried to get Justus off the case because of his association
with Justus.  Lily tries to make him feel better and tells him that “none
of this is his fault”.  They finish talking as Sonny tells her to knock
them dead at the meeting tonight.  Lily says it everything will be okay.
 As Sonny heads back into the elevator Brenda is watching him......
We then see Brenda going up the elevator to his penthouse....Sonny opens
the door and...its Robin.  Brenda waits outside his door....
Sonny tells Robin that he won’t let anything happen to Jason, even before
Robin said something.   She explains that she is just worried because
Jason won’t know what are acceptable risks.   She tells Sonny that she
knows that what he does is illegal and dangerous, but she loves him
anyway.  Sonny reassures her that he won’t let anything happen to Jason
and that he won’t bring him in so deep into the organization that he
can’t get out....
Then they discuss Stone and how she misses him...and her growing
attraction to Jason...and why she thinks that’s wrong.  Sonny very
poignantly tell her that Stone wanted the best for her including love and
that its okay to have these feelings for Jason...Stone would have wanted
her to be happy.....
We then see Sonny going to his car.  As he gets in, Brenda is inside.
They bicker about how long she has had the car keys, he makes her give
them back, Brenda professes her love for him, he reluctantly tells her
this is wrong...basically same old same old.  Sonny tells her that he is
like her drug and that she is acting like a junkie..doing anything for
just a little hint and that he’s sick of fighting her..she’s taking a
risk..and walks out of the car.  Harry is there.  Sonny asks Harry to go
upstairs and tells Brenda to leave.
        Sonny:  “You’re killing me, you’re killing yourself
        Brenda:  “I don’t care”
        Sonny:  “I do.  It kills me that your hurting yourself for
me....you matter, your life matters....you should be happy, free....Why
you wait around parking lots waiting to touch me for 5 minutes so we can
ache all night for something *that can never be*”
        Brenda:  “It can”
        Sonny:  “No, it can’t....you have to understand me....(long
pause)  Go Away!” he goes upstairs.
        Brenda:  as the elevator door closes  “I love you”

Work...what would you ever do without an office..or a desk

Mac is talking on the phone about keeping Sonny out of the limelight
while Laura is on trial.  As he is about to hang up the lights go out and
Katherine comes in.  she has a candlelight dinner brought in and as the
waiters leave...they...well...you know...and on his desk....
Later they discuss dinner, appetizers, and what’s for dessert on the
desk....
As they finally eat dinner they discuss going to the Q’s reception.  With
a little arm twisting and good ol fashion guilttriping she convinces him
to go...
Garcia interrupts their little party with Lily.  As they wait for Mac to
get dresses Garcia and Lily discuss Laura’s case and how torn up he is
about sending her to jail.  He says he really feels for the kids because
he knows how it is to have a parent in jail...his dad was a con.  Lily
laughs and says that Sonny’s stepdad was a police officer.  Garcia points
out “I guess you go opposite to where you are lead”....
As they go into Mac’s office is turns out that Lily was mugged outside
the school.  Lily tells him that she just want to go home and wants to
make perfectly clear that she will not press charges.  If he files a
report she will refuse to sign it.......
Back at the home front..... As Lily and Garcia exchange small talk he
walks her to her door she mentions that she doesn’t even know his first
name.  He tells her Alex..well actually Alejandro..but nobody calls me
that except for my grandmother.  Lily thanks Alejandro and says
goodnight...Alex stops her and apologizes for what he said the night of
the hit and run...He isn’t sorry that he said it just the timing of
saying.  He tells Lily that Sonny is a dangerous man and that she is his
most obvious weakness.  She assures him that it wont happen and politely
tells him that he’s wrong about her husband.  As they walk into the door
and Alex tells Sonny what happened..Sonny kicks Alex out and orders Lily
never to be without her bodyguards...ever!!!  The 10 foot rule is in
effect from now on he tells Harry.  Harry leaves and Sonny tells Lily
“I..will..never let anything...happen to you”

We end the day with Brenda looking up into the sky..again.
