                           General Hospital Update
                                 April 02, 96

Well, WHAT new Hospital set ? ...

Bobi gets a call from her PI. He is in FtLuaderdale and has tracked down the
attorney who handled the adoption. He will call later. Bobi then goes to
Luara's where she gives some clothing for LuLu. Laura expresses some
amazement at Bobi's niceness. When Bobi asks why, Laura replies that it was
hard to know where she stood with Bobi, they haven't always been friendly.
They then get into a talk about mother-daughter relationships. Bobi tells her
that Emily called Monica "mom". Luara showed her pictures of Ruby, Luke and
Bobi from way back. Bobi mentions that she wonders if that is how a daughter
of hers would look like. Much later at the nurses station, Bobi gets a phone
call from the PI. After she shoos away Amy, who was trying to listen in, she
hears that the attorney remembers the adoption but that the PI wants to talk
to her face to face.

Lois and Weasl are asleep on the couch in the hospital lobby. Lois wakes with
a start, rousing Weasl. No one has said anything to them since Brimbo was put
into IC. Alan comes by and tells them that she is still in serious condition
and that they wont operate till they know for sure that there is no internal
bleeding. Alan tells them to go home , then leaves.

Lois and Weasl then have a very heavy discussion about where their
interpersonal relationship stood. He thinks they have crested the bad trough,
but she snaps him to her reality. She says there is no HOME for them, since
he has made it clear that she is not a real member of the family. He protests
that she is taking said in anger too far, but she says it wasn't anger but
truth. She continues that they can't use Brimbo's accident as an ointment. He
wants to call a truce but she isn't willing. They then proceed to have the
same argument all over again. She says he didn't trust her to back him up, he
says he was trying to protect her after he made a difficult on the spot
decision. They keep on going, and when he asks can she say she doesn't love
him she says she loves Eddie Main and not sure about Ned Ashton. He takes
umbrage at that and they go back to what caused this riff. She then asks
straight out if the situation repeated itself would he include her in. When
he doesn't give a verbal answer she storms off.

Prince has a meeting with Papa in a limo. Prince tells him about the car
accident with Brimbo and Lily. Papa wants to know why he was dragged up from
PR to hear about this little Brimbo problem. Prince tells him he thinks it
wasn't an accident and then asks what Papa knows. Papa at first denies all.
Prince tells Papa that despite what the bodyguard told, Prince has been
completely faithfull and that Brimbo was in the condo maybe 5 minutes. Papa
brings up all the questions of that 'visit' that ratsa did and Prince grants
that she may have had motivations to come to his place. Irregardless [is that
a word?] Nothing happened, or will happen. Prince than tells Papa any more of
these shenanigans and he will bring Papa down. Papa then tells him that next
time there won't be any slip ups. If given cause, Brimbo will be killed.

Lily visits Harry. He tells her that Prince thinks Lily may have been the
target due to her relations. Lily doesn't think it was an accident and that
she doesn't think anyone has any motive for offing Brimbo, except, she
chuckles, for herself. When Harry doesn't laugh, she says she was joking.
He laughs and says he knows, being that Lily was the one who saved her life.
She tells him that Prince told her he had a business meeting this morning,
but she doesn't believe that and figures that Prince is by Brimbo. She could
see why Prince wouldn't tell her that but she really wouldn't be upset. Harry
tells her that Prince *does* have a meeting. Furthermore, that Prince would
me and
finds a sleeping Lily. He gives her a caring look then heads out to GH.

A comotose Brimbo sees Prince by her bedside, talking to her. Turns out it is
really Jax. As he leaves he calls his office to cancel his appointments,
as he is going to be in PC for awhile. Prince overhears and slips into the
room when Jax leaves. He is by the bed when Brimbo opens her eyes.

She tells him that the reason he no longer interested in breaking up the
Weasl-Lois marriage is Brimbo has gotten his attention. Then Jax goes to sit
by Brimbo. While he talks , Brimbo sees Prince.

Lily stopped the nurses station to see how Brimbo was and if her hubby was/is
there. When told no, she leaves. Prince then comes, is told Brimbo's
condition and is then accosted by Garcia. Prince and Garcia goes downtown,
where Prince denies killing Damien, as he was out of town. Garcia posists
that Prince arranged (vai Harry) the job. Lily gets a call from Papa. She
tells him that she and Prince plan on starting a family. Prince goes home and
finds a sleeping Lily. He gives her a caring look then heads out to GH.
